Exceptionally welcoming stuff!

In my first room, AC didn’t work, in my second room bathroom door broke and I was trapped inside. But all these were resolved quickly!

Very nice clean and appealing hotel. First impressions are very important. Located in a very busy business area just on the corner of the road. They have a parking lot next door. We took the larger room as we were there for 6 days. Very comfortable bed. The best I have slept in so far. Staff are very friendly and room was cleaned every day like clock work. 2 bottles of water every day. Plenty of small restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the tram. The ferry is about 15 walk. The lady manager (sorry forgot her name) was very accommodating. I got food poisoning 2 days before our flight. She was so nice to give us a late check out, even though the hotel was quite full. Hotel is a little on the pricey side but will definitely come again.

Breakfast needs to be improved. No fresh egg options only boiled eggs. Bread was lovely but no toaster.

Comfortable bed, mirror on the ceiling and jacuzzi in the room, iron, slippers, complimentary tea/coffee, spacious room, helpful staff.

Breakfast was pathetic, stains on the carpet in the room, no sheets
