Der Fernseher geht leider nicht gut

Very large apartment with spectacular view of Table Mountain. Nice balcony and floor to ceiling windows to take in the views. It was close to the waterfront and we could walk, maybe not for everyone as you did have to walk under an underpass. Good food supermarket nearby in the next street. Lovely apartment with rooftop pool and a good base, so recommended.

I felt a bit intimidated about the electric and water charges and was worried we were going to be surcharged so I never had the AC on. The taxi driver struggled to find the property, couldn't find any numbers on the street and we needed Docklands rather than ITC.

Zentrale gute Lage! Zweckmässig eingerichtet , Wohnraum Sofa Küche mit Waschmaschine! Schlafzimmer eher klein aber es geht! Küche alles da an Geschirr keine Gewürze usw! Nesspresso Kaffeemaschine top!

Das Bett ist sehr klein hat aber auch kein grösseres platz! Im Badezimmer brennt das Licht und die Lüftung sobald man rein geht und mindestens noch 20 Minuten nachdem man draussen ist! Sehr speziell, weil man wird vorab gebeten sparsam mit Strom und Waser umzugehen! Von daher doch eher speziell!

Location and security.

Bedroom too small; it’s a bed placed in a walk-in closet with no space to walk around. Bed is too small. Property manager promised to send an electrician to fix the bathroom fan after the first night but did not follow up for the next 5 nights. Lots of rules on paper, but they cannot do a basic cleanup, which is once in 5 days. Property needs maintenance; see photos. Property manager requested to do an inventory before check-out; an appointment was made, but they did not turn up, which delayed our taxi pick-up.
