Great value for your buck

Clean, modern - good location. Breakfast was good for what we payed overall.

The only negative thing I have to say is that when you turn on the fan in the hotel room that the noise is loud.

Perfect for the price.

Hotel was clean, everyone was helpful and nice during the stay. Breakfast was good, had a decent variety.

Breakfast didnt change at all. I had to pay for parking, but the parking lot was full a few times during my stay. You have to pay extra for a fridge in the room,(this might be a European thing). My city view was of a field that had trash piled up into it.

Holiday Inn Kaiserslautern Staff

I would like to thank the manager for finding us another room away from the school children when the hotel was just about fully booked. Also, the two receptionists, Jenny and Alysha, for their friendliness and helpfulness when ever we needed something.

Anniversary & Family meeting.

The place was clean and so was the room. The location was great. The area around the hotel was good everything was close and good driving distance. The kino was 5 minutes walking right behind the hotel.

Well, i don't like to complain about hotels, specially knowing how hard some people are to make happy. This place was amazing so were the employees,but our room although clean and yes, we are used to no air conditioning in Europe but this room did have air conditioning but it wouldn't turn on at all not even after talking to the front desk and the room was a bit warm so we opened the only window that could be opened a bit and not a lot of fresh air came in but my husband and I made the best of it. Also do ask ahead of time about room service we just looked at the menú on the TV and went by their service hours on the TV wanted to order and was told kitchen was closed 😢 so we had to order out. It was our anniversary and stayed one day there on our way to our trip to meet my dad who is German and wants me to meet his side of the family. So it was a bit sad but we made the best of it, also it was a holiday so we can't complain too much. There are some other minor incidents but it's ok, we learned.

Short stay, but nice.

I liked the location of the property. It was conveniently close to places to grab food if we wanted to eat other than what the hotel offered. During our stay, it was pretty quiet. Accessible to the highway.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was on the 1st floor I noticed a long urine stain by my room door and also inside of our room we had a nice size urine stain as well. I am a dog owner and enjoy the fact I can travel with my pet, but I do feel as if carpet should be pulled up or cleaned thoroughly to remove stains as such. It’s unfortunate that these pet owners also stay at nice hotels and allow the dogs to do such.

bed was not comfy. bed was actually for 2 people not comfortable because you had the feeling that you were falling out to the side because the mattress somehow tilted downwards

Absolutely fabulous stay.

The location was perfect for us and only 10 mins. from where we had to go. The room was nice with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful, clean setting. The receptionists were very courteous and we also enjoyed the bar before heading to the room at night. All staff members went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent choice for a stay in Keiserslautern

It was very clean, nice breakfast, extremely silent. The stuff was helpful and nice.

Parking was completely full so we needed to use back side parking on which if something happens hotel has no responsibility. Although, that parking is just on the other side of the hotel from where the stuff has a view.
