Good one night stay.

The staff kindly provided crockery and cutlery for our take-away as their restaurant was closed this day.

Decent value for money, but a bit far away from any other food and drinks options

A great hotel to use as base or stop for bikers touring the Pfälzer Wald and surroundings. Standard but okay breakfast with option to order fried eggs or an omelet. Nice Biergarten behind the hotel to relax in the shade of the large chestnut trees. Plenty of parking. Quiet surroundings. We had fun here as a group of 9 bikers using this hotel as base for 4 days of riding.

The dinner options in the village are very, very limited. The hotel does offer a standard but nice enough menu, though. Also, the city of Kaiserslautern is nearby though with plenty of options. The waitress serving us dronks and food was a bit unfriendly and rude at times. Example: when we were asked in the afternoon to pre-order dinner for the evening, she demanded we stay seated in the exact same seats. She may mean well, but the way she expressed it, that came across as an order and not as a kind request. We can remember what we ordered, so we sat where we wanted... The Fröhlich family did their best, though and we do advise staying here. Decent value for money.

Good Family Room in Kaiserslautern

In a village above Kaiserslautern, quiet and peaceful. Friendly desk staff, very good breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Large room, with separate toilet and shower. The extra bed for our son was made up and ready for us, which is always great. Free parking in a large lot.

According to the booking, the desk is only staffed until 20:00 for check-in, although we arrived then and didn't have any issues.

Beautiful place to visit in the fall

This hotel is in a lovely little town and in the fall it is particularly lovely to visit. Our hotel room was lovely and very comfortable. We ate in the hotel which had a menu that had typical German fare (but also vegetarian offerings). There were draft beer as well as alcohol free beers. The dessert was delicious (apple strudel and vanilla ice cream).

The check-in was not smooth but the hotel was very gracious....offered us coffee while they got it straightened out.

Niekas neinformavo kad restoranas dirba tik nuo antradienio. Pusryčiai turėjo būti nuo 6:30 bet iki 7 val. nieko nebuvo.

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber gut und funktional eingerichtet. Es war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut.

Keurig hotel. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Kamers brandschoon, maar vrij eenvoudig. Het hotel beschikt ook over een fijn restaurant (lokale keuken). Gratis parkeren bij het hotel; plek zat.

TV met alleen een paar Duitstalige zenders; en ook die vol storing. Nutteloos. Het hotel ligt een beetje verlaten in een stille woonwijk min of meer buiten de stad (dorpsgevoel, niets te beleven)

Fijne overnachting tijdens vakantie /doorreis.

Het hotel is een degelijk geleid typisch Duits familiehotel dat al 155 jaar in de familie is. De kamers en de badkamer zijn recentelijk gemoderniseerd en de matrassen op de bedden waren super. Erg uitgebreid ontbijt waar op verzoek warme eigerechten konden worden bereid. Het hotel beschikt over een goed restaurant en een tuin/terras/biergarten. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en personeel, top en de geleverde kwaliteit overtrof de verwachtingen, zeker in verhouding tot de prijs. We komen er zeker nog eens weer.

Nog een keer een nieuw tapijtje (of grondig reinigen hiervan) in de gang voor de eerste indruk.. Het is een tweepersoonskamer, maar er staat maar 1 stoel. Tweede stoel zou prettig zijn.

Hotel dat ideaal is voor een tussenstop, niets op aan te merken!

Dit hotel ligt in een zeer rustige buitenwijk met heel weinig omgevingsgeluid. Het is een echt familiehotel met heel attente en vriendelijke service en een restaurant waar je bijzonder lekker kunt eten. De kamers zijn prima en de badkamer was pas nieuw. Ook het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Wat ons betreft een van de best verzorgde hotels waar we de laatste jaren verbleven!

Mittelklasse Hotel weder mit besonderen Stärken oder Schwächen., durch viele Anbauten ziemlich verwinkelt. positiv: Biergarten und grosse Terasse im Sommer schön schattig, Speisen sehr schmackhaft Wünsche beim Frühstück werden gerne erfüllt, gute Busanbindung an Kaiserslautern, sehr gut geeignet für Wanderer, Ortsteil von Wäldern umgeben, insgesamt ruhige Lage

zugehöriges Restaurant mit 2 Ruhetagen/Woche keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für täglichen Bedarf im Ort
