Nice hotel

Very clean and very nice people. I asked for gluten free bread and they bought it especially for me. Very kind.

The only thing is that there wasn’t elevator and I was at third floor, but they helped me to carry the luggage.

Very central and great value for money

Very good value for money. The staff was very friendly, the room was big and clean, with a proper desk, and a nice armchair to wind down. The bathroom is newly renovated.

Cozy property, the lady manager cum clerk cum chef is a very pleasant, courteous person and good to interact with. Room was clean, toiletries provided.

Breakfast was relatively good. Staff of one lady-manager/counter clerk/chef manages the whole property, no other staff. Room No. 4 was small and for the price paid, it was basic stuff and not a bargain, even in bigger cities of Germany, for the same price you can get a bigger, better room. Bed was basic spongy stuff with a duvet & a pillow, a bit narrow (4.5'-5), since I was staying alone, it was no issue.

Centrally located hotel near the K and Lautern Mall.

This is my second time staying here and will stay again in the future. The hotel is centrally located near the walking area of Kaiserslautern and directly across the street from the K in Lautern mall. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and plenty of stores are just a short walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has free parking, however limited. Therefore, it is advised that you request a space to be reserved. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had air conditioning! Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast is served as a typical European style breakfast and staff will cook eggs upon request. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A great place to relax and stay in the city.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with convenient location within the city. I was able to do all the things I wished to do and still have a place to come back to that was not far enough that I needed to do anything but walk back.

well worth the price.

The breakfast was superb. Good choices and really properly prepared scrambled eggs. The staff is very friendly and works hard to please. The location is great for someone traveling by rail, as it is a short bus ride from the Haupt Bahnhof. The owner is very reasonable and helpful.

My room did not have heavy curtains and the rolanden was broken.

I enjoyed the amazing staff and they were very accommodating but I had a hard time resting and sleeping!

The rooms were very nice looking and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed breakfast being available and the staff was really the highlight of the visit!! just fabulous people!

They had construction on my floor and there was a lot of dust and some drilling the first day I arrived and I really just wanted to rest! The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard mattress with scratchy blanket and pillows were flat. You can hear everything from other rooms and outside.

The perfect downtown location on a budget.

The location and cleanliness are worth the price. I had an enjoyable stay. I was on the third floor and didn’t mind adding to my step count. The hotel is not recommended for those with mobility issues. The staff was wonderful and helpful in making dinner reservations for our large group.
