One of the best places to stay I've ever been in!

The location of the place was outstanding and the view from the balcony is unforgettable. We loved how close it was to the beach and beautiful cliffs for watching sunsets (literally 20 meters tops). Plus the apartment was really beautiful and modern with air conditioning and we loved being inside as well. The hosts were super friendly, helpful and easy to contact which made the stay a true delight.

I don't think we had any complaints at all. As an upgrade, maybe I'd suggest providing the kitchen with come teabags or coffee plus sugar beforehand, so people can start their stay with a nice beverage.

Disappointment

There is no nice beach near by. It is close to marina and ferries, therefore water is not clean...Everything is rather far, especially restaurants and city center. Quite noisy due to many teenagers coming to the beach (loud music playing most of our stay). Nice, big terrace, however you can't really stay there too long as there is massive number of mosquitos, if you enter bedroom all walls are dirty because of people killing them. Bathroom needs some doors not to flood all the floor while taking a shower. The owner was unresponsive, therefore when we came we got keys to the room from cleaning lady. At the end of the day when we already unpacked, owner came and said that she gave us wrong room (it was the apartment for the same amount of people just the 2nd floor instead of 1st) and have 5 minutes to move to the correct one, and if we don't like it we can just go and leave (so RUDE!)

Relaxing, comfortable place to stay.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable. Right on the sea front, with a great balcony and view of the sea. The property and garden was well kept. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate in most nights. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's a very small thing, but a couple of cushions for the couch would make it more comfortable.

Beautiful view of the sea, small restaurant (cash only) down the beach, well kept property, safe.

Not near anything if you don't have a car - 15 min. walk to a grocery or dining other than the cash only beach cafe. Close to town if you have a car.

Super Apartment

The apartment was well equipped, super clean and bikes were provided which was a fabulous extra. The terrace was large with a big table and chairs - it was lovely having breakfast there in the morning. The host was really helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Everything was so smooth. Mario was always available to help and to answer questions. The place was clean and all according to the pictures. Very quiet and located near a beach. Old Town located near an easy walk along the coast. Has parking and a nice terrace to stay. Definitely recommend!

The only thing that some people might not like is that the Internet is not fast. You cannot work on the WiFi. You have to buy a sim card. Nothing else!

Mario is a wizard, simply Super Mario! Met us with Croatian wine and a smile. The host is very friendly and helpful in all our requests. The comfort of the guests is not just empty words for him! The apartment is very comfortable, modern renovation and technology, there is everything we need. Great parking right under the balcony. The view from the balcony to the sea and the movement of ferries and boats is very wonderful. The old town is 40 minutes away on foot, I recommend taking a walk along the coast. Good swimming spots to the left of the house, because the beach "uvala pod brig" is little bit dirty.

Beautiful apartman

Very nice and beautiful large terrace, quiet environment, well-equipped rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, induction hob, bathtub, hairdryer. Kind Staff.

Not too close the old town. Its about 5-6 km from it. Nearest restaurant is 1 km.

Apropierea de mare, view-ul de pe terasa, surpriza cu care ne -a așteptat gazda. Plaja din apropiere foarte buna pt inot/sărituri în mare Are parcare chiar sub terasa

Mieliśmy przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w Lila Apartments i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni! Apartament był bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i w pełni wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko do morza (dosłownie kilka kroków), do centrum Zadaru piękną promenadą ok 30-40min spacerkiem. Apartament położony w spokojnej okolicy, co pozwalało naprawdę odpocząć. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, kontakt bezproblemowy. To idealne miejsce zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!

Urocza lokalizacja, taras z pięknym widokiem na morze. Przede wszystkim spokojna okolica, bez tłumu turystów. Apartament z wszelkimi udogodnieniami, praktycznie i nowocześnie urządzony. Bardzo czysto. Gospodarz Mario uczynny. W pobliżu kilkanaście plaż oraz bar. Wystarczy 30 min spacer promenadą nad morzem aby znaleźć się na starówce. Do sklepu 10 min. spacerkiem, do dworca autobusowego 20 min pieszo.

Krásny priestanný apartmán s dobrou polohou

Ubytovanie bolo čisté, dobre vybavené, pohodlný matrac, krásny výhľad z balkóna na more, minútu od ubytovania sa nachádza menšia kamienková pláž, krásna promenáda pred domom, ktorou sa príjemnou prechádzkou s krásnymi výhľadmi na more za cca 25 minút dostanete do historického centra Zadaru, pozdĺž promenády je viacero možností zísť priamo k moru a mať svoj “súkromný” vstup do vody. Hostiteľ apartmánu bol veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť. Ďakujeme pekne
