The accommodation was super clean, kitchen was well equipped, the environment (outside) was quiet. Owner of the house was so kind and fair. The big advantage of the accommodation is the location - near to the beach and downtown of Zadar as well.

We’ve spent 4 days in this awesome little tiny house close to a calm beach area. The house is well equipped with everything you need for daily use and even more. You can prepare your own meals here with fresh fish and vegetables from the market. It even has a washing machine and is outstandingly clean (we have high demands here). By the way everything is quite new with ac in every room (not too close to the bed). The neighbourhood is calm with not much tourists around… perfect to relax even with children. Still its close to the old town area and some supermarkets. From the airport there’s a shuttle bus to the main busstation of Zadar 5-10 minutes walk from this place. Because of all that it is the perfect location in Zadar. The owner Sladana was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us recommendation for a scooter rental with a very good price. All in all there's really nothing to complain about and you are lucky if you have the chance to rent this peaceful place 😊
