Obiekt w uroczej lokalizacji. Przy samej wodzie, z widokiem na port, blisko sklepu i klifów oraz baru. Czysty i schludny. Dobrze wyposażony w naczynia oraz przybory kuchenne. Do centrum prowadziła droga deptakiem wzdłuż morza. Pan gospodarz przemiły i uprzejmy. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu ceniącemu spokój i przepiękne widoki.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse. Man kann in ca. 30-40 Minuten an der Küste entlang ganz wunderschön in die Altstadt von Zadar laufen. Direkt an einem der Hafen gelegen und am Strand Punta Bajlo. Die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnraum, wenn man die Türen offen lässt, kühlt sie auch den Schlafraum. Das Bad ist schön groß mit Fenster. Der Kühlschrank ist auch groß mit extra Gefrierfach. Die Balkone bieten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Küche hatte scharfe Messer, gute Pfannen. Wir wurden sehr gut mit Handtüchern versorgt und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Beim defekten Schlafsofa haben sie schnell geholfen.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher minimal. Kein Pfannenwender, keine Dessertschalen, keine zweite größere Schüssel. Kein Backofen, Mikrowelle oder Toaster wo man Brötchen aufbacken könnte. Nachts ist der Hafen durch die nahe gelegene Fabrik laut. Wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hat, hört man es aber nicht. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig.
