Magical location. Walk everywhere, plenty of eating choices within area. Hotel reception and courtyard were charming. Small but delightful brasserie with excellent produce and wines.
Our suite was very disappointing. It was split level with very small usable area. Not at all representative of the photos on the booking site. Our supposed ‘courtyard views’ were in reality a dirty back alley and the neighbours kitchen. Not satisfactory at all

The breakfast was reasonable and the location was excellent.
The service was reasonable, certainly not great!
The hotel requires a major refurbishment.
The rooms and common spaces are extremely dated and many items are broken and faulty.
Power points in the room didn't work. The shower base would overfill every usage and spill out of the shower area due to blocked drainage.
The staff often appeared disinterested in attending to our needs which require an abundance of patience in order not to get upset by their lack of interest.
For the price, I expected a much more impressive experience. It was disappointing!
