It was a pleasure to stay at the Madison Hotel; it’s in an excellent location near restaurants, cafes, and the train station, and our room had a view of St. Germain Church. The young woman—whose name I don’t recall—was extremely attentive. She was able to upgrade our room since my husband and I had a large suitcase and wouldn’t have been comfortable in the room we were originally assigned. In short, all the little touches they left for us every day and their recommendations were top-notch. We’ll definitely be back.

Just a few mins to subway station and a bunch of nice restaurants. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I forgot an envelope filled with quite amount of money. They emailed me right away after checked out and kept the money for me to pick up the other day, I'm very impressed and thankful for their hospitality. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed being in the heart of the city with everything close by. Superior staff (especially Chu), facilities, hotel amenities, and a fantastic brunch. We want to return to Paris and stay at the Hotel Madison again soon!

Small but comfortable and well decorated rooms and the staff was incredibly helpful. When I left something in the room, they were wonderful about getting it back to me.
