Some things to improve

It was easy to keep in touch with the hosts, problems were solved fast. Being able to use the washing machine was great. Kitchen was small but functional. Having a private parking space was great! There was also a mosquito web in the bedroom window which allowed the window to be open all day and night.

The house was not clean at all. There were spider webs in all corners. Some of the things in the kitches like spatulas were not clean. There was a lot of dust. Water pressure upstairs where the shower was wasn't great, but usable. There was a lot of dust under the bed and also on the sheets. Maybe could use a new bed and sofa.

Small house a short drive from Lucca

Parking right next to the apartment, easy to get into the property and easy to find. Quiet location. Providing things for breakfast like croissants etc was nice touch. Good communication with host before and after stay.

Cleanliness of kitchen - for example fridge had crumbs from previous occupant, and sugar granules on the surfaces, and some drawers were grubby, with dust and dirt etc, thick dust on the shelving near sofa, and clump of hair on artificial plant between the two floors Downstairs is very small. We couldn't eat outside because of lots of mosquitos, so ended up eating indoors. We had to erect the table and chairs ourselves which was stored folded in a corner, and this left no floor space. No air conditioners so was incredibly hot (although was a fan, it was so hot even this didn't help), and couldn't open the doors because of the mosquitos.

Quiet, a feeling of home from home.

A very homely property, genuine feel of staying in someone's much loved home. Very clean and tidy. Although the accommodation was on a room only basis, the hosts very kindly left some supplies, tea bags, coffee, biscuits, some milk and croissants which was very much appreciated - thank you. A little way out of Lucca and too far to walk in reality but with a bike or a car it is within easy reach. Very useful to have some app on any mobile phone to help locate the property. If you didn't want to stay in Lucca and wanted to self cater then I can highly recommend here.

We loved the location, very close to some really good pasticeria, Lucca and not very far from Viareggio. Good price and the host was communicative. Also quiet area, great for relaxation.

Perfetto…con qualche accortezza da fare

Tutto perfetto qualche piccola pecca…tipo il letto che non era matrimoniale ma due reti singoli unite e le doghe si staccavano..e asciugamani piccoli non da bagno per il resto una bella struttura accogliente e rilassante

La casa non era ben pulita, c'era molta polvere. Gli asciugamani li abbiamo lavati prima di utilizzarli perché c'era molta polvere e abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica e lo scottex.

Self check in molto facile, nessun problema...casa pulita e accogliente. Attrezzata di ogni necessita e posto auto privato molto apprezzato.

L unica nota negativa materasso e federe un po vecchiotte.

Buona la posizione , il parcheggio e i costi sostenuti, ci si può preparare i pasti senza problemi

Poca pulizia, wifi non funzionante o per lo meno i dati non corrispondono alla connessione disponibile, anticipato di mezz ora il checkout rispetto all orario su booking

L unica cosa positiva è la posizione

Locale umido , trovato lenzuoli, trapuntino e cuscini usati dall ospite precedente, sporchi e puzzolenti, wc sporco, lumache per la casa e muri tappezzati da zanzare spiaccicate sul muro . Mai trovato una situazione così . Veramente un incubo

Wasserschaden/Schimmel/schmutzig

Nahe Lage zu Lucca Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Die Unterkunft dürfte unserer Meinung nach aktuell nicht vermietet werden. Es gibt einen riesigen Wasserschaden im Badezimmer, im angrenzenden Abstellraum sowie im Schlafzimmer (teilweise an der Schattierung der beigefügten Bilder erkennbar). Teilweise ist auch Schimmel an den Wänden zu erkennen. Da in der Unterkunft 2 Anti-Schimmel Flaschen stehen, gehen wir davon aus, dass der Befall großflächig ist und der Wasserschaden bereits länger besteht. Zudem war die Unterkunft dreckig (überall Spinnweben, Badezimmer Mülleimer nicht geleert, Boden nicht gefegt, Dusche mit Schimmel) Insbesondere eine der beiden Matratzen müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden, diese ist komplett durchgelegen. Das gleiche gilt für das Sofa.

Boravak je bio podnošljiv za kratno korištenje ujutro i navečer zbog mirisa vlage i upitne čistoće.

Lokacija je mirna i tiha za spavanje i odmor.Ima zasebno dvorište i zaseban ulaz. Grijanje u apartmanu dobro radi i ima dosta tople vode za tuširanje. Apartman je dopadljiv simpatičan.

Lokacija je komplicirana za pronaći. Povezana je sa gradom sa nekoliko mjesta sa semaforima i jednim mostom gdje je konstantna gužva i čekanje na prolaz od pola -jednog sata. Do grada potrebno je više od sat vremena ujutro i poslijepodne. Ulaz automobilom u parcelu je preuzak. Stan nije bio grijan i prozračen preko zime i nakon kiša bili su vlažni zidovi i prostor je zaudarao na vlagu što se preneslo na svu našu odjeću . Zbog mirisa vlage nismo mogli koristiti ormare. Krevetna posteljina nije bila peglana i imala je miris po vlagi i ustajalom zraku. Voće koje su stavili na slikama apartmana bilo je umjetno. Po uglovima je bila paučina. U tuš kadi po uglovima bila je crna plijesan. Kuhinjsko suđe bilo je masno i neoprano od poslijednjih gostiju. Općenito je potrebno apartman detaljno očistiti i prozračiti poslije zimske stanke.
