Beautifully refurbished property full of character with all modern amenities
In the heart of the famous medieval village of Dolceacqua, completely refurbished keeping the character of the house with a panoramic terrace, breathtaking views of the famous Doria Castle and the Roman bridge painted by the world renown painter Claude Monet. The property is not accessible by car and there are two flight of stairs to get and no lift.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the Doria Castle and 2 bedrooms with an independent bathroom.
3rd floor: Kitchen and living room opening onto the terrace, beautiful panoramic terrace, with views of the Village and the surrounding mountain range and a full bathroom
4th Floor (Mezzanine): a lounge area with tv and a separate library room.
The house has brand new air conditioning system, for both cold air and warm air. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave), excellent wifi, a cot baby umbrella.
