L'appartement est bien situé
Les équipements sont abîmés (table et chaises) et la literie n'est pas de bonne qualité. Il n'y a pas de micro ondes . Dans la salle d'eau le radiateur est rouillé . Le parquet des chambres est détérioré. La proximité des autres immeuble .

Appartamento vecchio, dall’aspetto direi mai ristrutturato in 40 anni. Infissi molto vecchi, ed essendo su una strada abbastanza trafficata anche di notte, nonostante con finestre chiuse, c’è un tale rumore di traffico che sembra di dormire nella tangenziale di Milano.
