Good location of the apartment. Normal communication with hosts. There is a parking space for an additional fee.

The windows face a noisy street, so there is noise all day. We missed an electric kettle and large cups for tea in the apartment.

Well situated appartment, clean and cosy. Friendly staff, they accepted a later checkout which was really kind.

Vigilia a Sanremo!

appartamento molto spazioso, ben tenuto e fedele a quanto rappresentato in foto. la struttura si trova a due passi (5 minuti) dal teatro ariston, dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento e accetta i cani.

avendo alloggiato nell'appartamento a piano terra, purtroppo, trovandosi in un condominio, la sera si sentiva un po' di rumore dovuto a persone che parlavano nell'atrio. a parte questo tutto ok.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja; bardzo dobry kontakt z wlascicielem, który na prawdę szybko reagował na nasze prośby; dwie duże sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami; klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu; czystość; super garaż i całodobowy dostep do niego

Prysznic - bardzo malutka kabina, a dodatkowo nam się zacinały drzwi (musieliśmy kąpać się z uchyloną kabiną, ponieważ kilka razy zacięliśmy się w środku). Właściciel powiedział nam, że w przyszłości wymienia prysznic.

Appartamento vecchio, dall’aspetto direi mai ristrutturato in 40 anni. Infissi molto vecchi, ed essendo su una strada abbastanza trafficata anche di notte, nonostante con finestre chiuse, c’è un tale rumore di traffico che sembra di dormire nella tangenziale di Milano.

Naprosto perfektní

Byt ve skvělé lokalitě, do starého města, do centra i na pláž blízko. Čisté, klimatizované prostředí s balkónem, všude spoustu úložného prostoru, plně vybavená kuchyně. Možnost parkování v prostorné garáži je opravdu velký bonus, doporučujeme, nelze nikde zaparkovat. Všude kolem pekárny, kavárny, supermarkety. Děkujeme za super strávené dny v Sanremo a snad zase někdy.

San Remo wunderbar erlebt.

Perfekte Lage. Superdreundliche Leute. Das Auto wird parkiert und fortan geht es zu Fuss. 10 min bis zum Hafen und den Guten Restaurants… So einfach kann es sein… Die Empfehlung fürs Abendessen hat natürlich auch gepasst. Wo? Im La Pigniese…. Die Reservation wurde an der Reception gemacht….

Parkplätze sind gebührenpflichtig. Außerhalb von der Unterkunft findet man kaum Parkplätze, da alle öffentlichen Parkplätze belegt.

Posizione ottimale, staff disponibilissimo, garage con pagamento extra disponibile molto comodo e vicino alla struttura. Appartamento semplice ma con il necessario . Ascensore disponibile. Appartamento al secondo piano con un piccolo balconcino comodo per due persone.

Migliorerei nel bagno il rumore che proviene dallo scarico anche se dopo un po' non si sente più.

Un accueil vraiment top!! L'emplacement est parfait à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville. Une pizzeria est située à 30 mètres. Appartement très propre avec une cuisine équipée. Une place de parking sécurisée pour 15 euros la nuit.

Pas grand chose. Un micro-ondes à disposition serait un plus. Appartement pas très bien insonorisé mais pas vraiment gênant.

Logement parfait tout est accessible à pied ,Parking à disposition

Le logement était vraiment très spacieux , rénové récemment avec goût , très propre, capsule de café à disposition . C’était parfait pour une famille de quatre personnes.

Cependant manque d’isolation on entend énormément la circulation à l’extérieur de l’appartement, voiture moto etc. il faut donc être habitué ou prendre les boules de quies.
