Erica's Dream

Hello everyone, We stayed at Erica’s Dream for 6 days (29 July – 4 August), and I would like to share our experience. 1) Location: 10/10 * Free beach: 4-minute walk * Train station: 5–7 minutes (depending on your walking pace) * City center (promenade, restaurants, seafront, etc.): 4 minutes * 24-hour grocery store: 2 minutes * Conad supermarket: 5 minutes 2) The apartment: 8/10 Being on the top floor is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The advantage is that you don’t hear the nightlife or street noise. The downside is that there is no elevator, so climbing to the fifth floor every day may be challenging for some guests. We didn’t mind it at all. The building itself is very clean, quiet, and pleasant. 3) Comfort: 8/10 There were three of us, and we had plenty of space. However, guests taller than about 174 cm (5’9”) should be aware that some parts of the apartment have low ceilings, as it is located under the roof. It would have been nice to have a proper balcony or terrace. The small balcony is not really suitable for relaxing because the outdoor air conditioning unit makes it extremely hot. On the other hand, clothes dry very quickly there. Unfortunately, the air conditioner effectively cools only the room where it is installed. However, there is a fan in the second room. The shower cabin is compact but well designed. It was perfectly comfortable for us, although larger guests might find it a bit tight. One small thing we noticed was that the tap water never became very cold. However, I believe this was simply due to the extremely hot weather outside. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The roof windows are covered, so direct sunlight doesn’t overheat the apartment, which makes it much more comfortable. The only thing we didn’t fully figure out was the waste disposal system, although that may simply have been our own misunderstanding.

Mancanza del microonde, anche se era presente la friggitrice ad aria

Estaba muy limpio, la persona de contacto era muy amable y la ubicación muy buena.

Era una 4a planta sin ascensor y con unas escaleras finales de madera algo raras. Hubiera estado bien que se especificara ya que era complicada la subida/bajada con maletas. El techo era inclinado, y se comía mas de la mitad de la estancia. Era muy incómodo y en el wc no podias estar de pie si eras alto!! No habia espacio para dejar la comida y teniamos que ir moviendo las cosas en la zona "alta" dependiendo de lo que hacíamos. Parecía un trastero convertido a vivienda. La cocina no tenía extractor de humo. Por suerte solo fuimos a cenar y dormir.
