The kind and hospitable Massimo and his family prepared a good breakfast from their own garden, which we enjoyed with a nice sea view.

It was a bit of a challenge to find it and get there on a narrow and hilly road.

There are three things about Soleada. Massimo is a superb host, his cooking is amazing and the view is spectacular. I would love to return anytime.

Great place to find a good reparing night of quality sleep with a view

We were traveling accross the country and was the perfect place to find a quiet place to sleep. The staff was excellent and the place has and superb view. They let us have our pet without paying any extra money. They also take care for us of making a reservation in a great nearby restaurant.

Warm and so personable!

The hosts are exceptionally personable. Warm, ready with excellent recommendations, eager to know you and guide you to things you are interested in. This is so different from a hotel or Airbnb experience. Massimo and his family really made an impression!

For our first arrival, we missed the sign for the final turn and continued up the mountain. For some reason Google Maps didn't alert us and we went all the way to the castle. :-|

The road that leads to the hotel is a little narrow and not easy to drive because you can't fit two cars side by side (tipical Italian road)

Amazing view and superb/complete breakfast! The host was very friendly and gave us advice on what to see and where to eat in Vintimille. We only stayed one night there but it was worth the stay! Would definitely recommend :)

Just know that the road to access Agriturismo Soleada can be a bit tricky and requires a lot of attention from both the driver and co-pilot :) But the view in the end is worth the focus!

Better than I could have ever imagined.

The location is amazing, nestled in the hills overlooking Ventimiglia. Not too far from the town and coast, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet! The hosts are incredible, I felt like I was staying with family. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, cover any need I could possibly have, and were very responsive both before and during the stay. The food is incredible, home made, and generously portioned. The rooms are impeccable, having been renovated to the highest standard, and are very comfortable and spacious. Even in the one person room, two could have stayed easily. The proximity to nature makes this spot ideal for families with children, couples looking for a relaxing retreat, and even adventure seekers who want to hike, mountain bike, or even use as a base for some motorcycle exploration. Definitely ask Massimo for a tour of the rose gardens, and never say no if he offers you food. He's a fantastic cook! I expected to simply find a place to sleep, with wifi so that I can work, and I found myself feeling at home, enjoying every minute of it, in a location and with people that I simply couldn't have imagined! If you're passing by Ventimiglia, do yourself a favor and stay at Soleada.

We had an amazing stay at Soleada!

It was way more than we expected. We arrived at midnight, but we didn't had diner yet. And Massimo prepared a meal in the middle of the night, because in Italy you can't go to bed with an empty stomach. Amazing! The view from the mountain was stunning. And I have never had such delicious breakfast. It was so much and most of it was freshly made. We would recommend everybody to stay here.

The views from the hotel are astonishing. The host, Massimo, is great: friendly, willing to help and making you feel at home. He and his sister prepared diner for us. It was amazing. The room was wide, complete, clean and had views over Ventimiglia. The bathroom was clean an very comfortable. Everything was quite new. Breakfast was good. Beside normal Italian salty and sweet food, there was an omelet and fresh fruit.

The road to arrive is narrow and curvy, but after the views it is worth.

Relaxing stay

Comfortable clean room and magnificant view of the town below. The friendly host prepared us a delicious diner which we enjoyed on the patio. Saved us from driving down and up the hill again. The host and his family makes you feel welcome.

Very nice welcome by the host. Excellent breakfast, exceeding expectations. Good sized room and nice bathroom. Wonderful view.

We were not lucky with weather, it was one of the hottest summer night which made our stay suboptimal as there is no air conditioning at this accommodation. In addition, we could not keep the window open in our ground floor room next to the terrace where guests (?) were talking loud until very late. The host may consider installing air conditioner to improve the quality of this facility, but more importantly change the bed linen which was poor quality material to sleep in without clothes. Not recommended to those who fear driving uphill on a narrow and partly unpaved road.

Our host Massimo was a great host. We can recommend to have dinner in the night because you can dine at the terrace with the fantastic view and great local food.

The stay was first class on a rural area on top of the mountain with a magnificent view to the sea. The hosts are very caring and helpful. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very extensive ( fresh pancakes, freshly baked cake , fruits, cheese , sausage, yogurt ...etc ). In addition, the facilities are great and comfortable. In addition, it was also very clean everywhere in the complex and also in the room. Thank you for the great two days, we will be happy to come back! J & R :)

Francesca et Massimo sont deux hôtes merveilleux. Ils savent accueillir avec la spontanéité qui les caractérise. Travailleurs acharnés ils conjuguent parfaitement leur profession et la gestion du logement parfaitement équipé. Nous avons eu également la chance d'avoir le dîner préparé par ce couple avec les produits de la ferme avec en dessert des fraises cueillies à l'instant. Délicieux, et préparé avec une attention qui mérite d'être soulignée. Le petit déjeuner est simplement digne, copieux, complet et également avec des fruits et légumes cueillis le matin même. Massismo & Francessca waren sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und haben alles mögliche gemacht, uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalden. Wir haben sehr fein gegessen, da Massimo für uns gekocht hat und sie waren sehr Gastfreundlich. So richtig Familiär. Sie haben eine wunderbare Aussicht, es war sehr ruhig und es hat sehr fein nach Pinien geduftet.
