Very disappointing stay – not up to basic standards

The view from the roof.

The apartment was very poorly maintained and dirty. Floors were visibly dirty, very cold, and there were clear signs of dampness and mold in several areas. Parts of the ceiling were damaged and peeling, creating both a hygiene and safety concern. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and practically impossible to sleep on. Although the owner tried to help, the situation did not improve. The second bed was also in poor condition, with a noticeable dent in the mattress and an unstable frame. The toilet was not properly fixed — it was placed on wooden blocks, detached from the wall, and moved while sitting, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, making rest difficult. When we tried to use the oven, the circuit breakers tripped, causing a power outage. The kitchen lacked basic equipment, making it difficult to prepare even simple meals. Staff behavior was also an issue. The owner’s sister was unfriendly and rude, and unfortunately, the breakfast she prepared was of very poor quality. Despite the owner making some effort to assist, the apartment in its current condition does not meet basic accommodation standards. Given the price and description, this property is not suitable for renting until serious maintenance, hygiene, and safety issues are resolved.

tres joli spot romantique vue mer panoramique qui fait largement oublier les petits reglages du débu

appartement de bonne qualite renove perché sur la colline avec une vue mer superbe...

l acces au chemin sur la route principale n est pas tres aisée ainsi que le cote escarpe du chemin ou il est impossible de trouver la bonne maison... manque crucial de microondes et encore plus de plat pour le four pas de produit de douche et les plafonds on subits des dégradations peinture qui craquent non rénovés encore... probleme de coordination avec la soeur qui s occupe des petits dejeuners non disponibles malgre notre commande et pas tres sympatique par ailleurs pour des problemes qui ne nous concernanient pas ...

A la découverte de Latte

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, la vue, le calme, l'espace dans le logement, le stationnement inclus, et la propreté.

Nous pensons que notre séjour aurait pu être plus agréable encore en améliorant les points suivants : moins d'humidité dans le logement, la literie, les toilettes posés sur des cales en bois, et le temps d'attente pour que l'eau chaude coule au robinet.

Un buon inizio di anno

Struttura nuova, pulita, vista sul mare , su una collina piena di fiori. L’appartamento è spazioso e ha tutto il necessario e i proprietari sono disponibili e attenti. Ci vorrei ritornare in primavera . Consiglio

Unica pecca, se proprio devo, dato che ho un bimbo di 6 anni che al rientro avrebbe voluto riposarsi mezz’oretta con i cartoni, c’è il televisore ma non funziona, però è un difetto che non ci è dispiaciuto più di tanto.

Très bien jusqu’à la rencontre de cette personne

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, très belle vue sur la mer, des prises de partout, un confort très bien pour une famille de quatre rien à dire

Heureusement que dans le personnel on est tombé sur le jeune garçon qui nous a accueilli mi à l’aise très à l’écoute patient est adorable. Par contre sa sœur qui fait les petits déjeuners le matin à fuir à 1000 %, le petit déjeuner était rassis à huit euros, produit chaud pas frais ( yaourt , beurre sortie depuis trop de temps donc liquide …) c’est inadmissible par personne Elle était aigrie, elle a osé faire des réflexions qui n’était pas du tout correcte, je pense qu’elle ne devrait pas tenir des prestations comme celle-ci car ça gâche tout les alentours elle a fait une réflexion à mon fils de six ans en lui disant si tu prends des céréales, il faut tout manger, il n’a même pas osé en prendre une, elle n’a pas arrêté de faire des réflexions et des regards mal placés à mon égard, petit anecdote un moment elle m’a dit Madame il faut pas faire la tête, vous êtes en vacances, je lui ai dit, je vous remercie mais ça va aller. J’ai pas besoin de vos conseils car elle m’avait vraiment énervé depuis le début de mon petit déjeuner, et là elle m’a répondu bah si vous avez besoin de conseils, franchement une personne comme ça devrait rester enfermé dans sa chambre et oublier de servir un public.

Un soggiorno piacevole

La posizione sopraelevata permette di avere una splendida vista sul mare. Forse la strada per raggiungere la struttura è un po’ tanto in salita ma nulla di che… Si trova a pochi minuti da Mentone e anche dalle spiaggia dei Balzi Rossi o da quella di Latte. Vicino alla struttura vi è anche un conad super rifornito. Tutto pulito e anche il personale accogliente.

Essendo la nostra stanza vicino alla sala colazioni ci è capitato spesso che una coppia in vacanza nell’agriturismo di fronte facesse colazione nel tavolino fuori dalla nostra porta, quindi diciamo che c’era poca privacy al mattino, anche per aprire le tapparelle ti vedevano tutti dentro. Però nulla di troppo catastrofico

La situation relativement proche de la mer à pied. Climatisation dans l’appartement.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, L’accès n’est pas très aisé escaliers + chemin pentu. Paroie de douche trop légère laisse passer l’eau.

Musím poděkovat , bylo to skvělé místo . příjemná hostitelka . Skvělé umístění apartmánů .

Nádherné zahrady okolo ubytování , posezení u apartmanu kde se dalo krásně posedět s výhledem na moře a rozkvetlé zahrady .

Vybavení kuchyně - byl pouze jeden velký hrnec a chybělo sítko . Nakonec jsme zkombinovali vybavení ze 2apartmánů které jsme měli pronajaté a vše bylo OK . Nebyl velký problém , jinak vše super .

Struttura nuova ma tenuta male. Pulizia non adeguata.

La posizione perfetta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Latte a piedi. Giardino e terrazza vista mare.

Per prima cosa la pulizia della camera non era idonea, le lenzuola erano sporche di capelli e peli. Abbiamo chiamato e ce ne hanno portate delle nuove. Sotto il tavolo della cucina era tutto estremamente sporco, il proprietario ci ha risposto "non è colpa nostra ma della signora delle pulizie", come se non fosse responsabilità né problema suo. Fuori c'è un giardino e la terrazza ma è tutto tenuto male con erbaccia incolta e abbandonata (altri appartamenti adiacenti invece hanno giardino e terrazza tenuti bene). Veramente un peccato perché la vista è magnifica. Abbiamo chiamato Booking per fare la segnalazione che è stata raccolta, senza ulteriori passaggi.

Fantastischer Ausblick und sehr neue Einrichtung.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Aussicht super.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft vom Parkplatz aus war etwas umständlich , ging über Stock und Stein. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein.

L'alloggio è di recentissima ristrutturazione, molto spazioso, arredato con cura e fornito di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno (es. lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, split condizionatore indipendenti nelle stanze, molte prese elettrice, connessione wifi, ecc.)

C'è una smart tv connessa a internet ma senza canali digitale terrestre o satellitari. Nella zona esterna c'e' ancora molto da fare, la pavimentazione è sconnessa in molti punti, e le aree verdi un po' trascurate. Il parcheggio per l'auto è a un livello inferiore rispetto all'appartamento e per questo motivo può risultare faticoso il trasporto dei bagagli. La zona riservata al parcheggio è piuttosto dissestata e rende difficile le manovre delle auto soprattutto per quelle non particolarmente alte da terra.
