Va der Ausblick und die große Terasse
dass
- es nur einen Schlüssel gab
- die Fenster des Schlafzimmers zum Stiegenhaus gehen und man dadurch beim Öffnen hineinsehen kann

La localisation avec la belle terrasse vue mer , le calme de l’endroit ( c’est peut-être différent en pleine été) et le fait de pouvoir explorer la ville à pieds depuis l’appartement.
Un peu de lumière en arrivant dans les escaliers menant à l’appartement car c’est sombre et l’interrupteur ne se trouve que lorsque nous avons atteint le devant de la porte côté voisin.

Véritable logement, belle superficie, le parking, terrasse très grande avec une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée, logement très propre, literie très confortable. Disponibilité et réactivité des propriétaires.
La douche, jet de brume pas confortable et bruyant. Manque de maniques et sous plats
