The location was as expected in a court yard in the centre of Alston ,Being February parking wasn't a problem. Food shopping was easy as the co-op is across the road ,plus plenty of eating places for breakfast.

Beautiful apartment, gorgeous comfy bed, all amenities near by and had everything you need for a nice stay. Very cosy.

Lovely quaint little cottage in a lovely location. Very well thought out for the space.
The mattress was way too soft and lacked any support. Needed crampons to roll out at night due to roll together. Had 2 bad nights sleep hence the lower score.

was nice enough inside the apartment Curtains were nice crockery etc . The area was nice we liked the town and locals very friendly
We were not comfortable bed far too soft for us . The chairs and sofa very uncomfortable ended up sitting on the dining chairs . Said was a gate we could close at outside area but was not one so late night could not let dogs out had to to take on leads . .Was down a dark ally night lighting was very poor and paving very uneven my partner fell over them in the dark. Was very cold inside when we arrived and although we followed instructions could not get the heating to work . Someone did come out fairly quickly and eventually got it working
