Amazing place to stay during your visit to Beaune and surrounding areas of Bourgogne.

What a rare find- the accommodations were super charming, the rooms were large and comfortable. What makes the place so special is the care and individual attention provided by the hosts. The location is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the train station and next to several winemakers. About 12 minute scenic walk to the center of Beaune, where there are many nice choices for restaurants and cafes and all the tourist sites. The hotel is decorated in an eclectic, boho, fun and upbeat style and the spacious and comfortable common area is perfect for relaxing after a day of wine tasting or other sightseeing activities. There is a well-stocked honesty bar. The breakfast is simple but made with the quality local ingredients and care. We cannot emphasize enough the next level hospitality and kindness shown to us by the host. Thank you!

We have never stayed ANYWHERE that was better than Maries place PERIOD. She runs an above advertised experience. Location was perfect. The rooms were better than expected. Her "concierge" assistance was brilliant. Staying there made our vacation better than we could imagine. If we visit burgundy again you better bet we'd go there without question!

Marie has poured her heart into L'imprimerie and you will love it!

Everything was perfect! As soon as you walk into the property you're struck by the fun vibe - the art, funky furniture, the aroma and the music. Then when you meet Marie you're welcomed in the most warm and genuine way. The bedroom was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the setting was very quiet, yet an easy walk into the old city. Parking on the street was easy and the breakfast was carefully curated and delicious. Marie's touch and love is everywhere. If you're lucky, you will be able to stay here. I'd come back in the drop of a hat.

A great place to stay while visiting Beaune

Marie, the owner of the hotel, is a lovely person. She made us very welcome and was very helpful in recommending places to visit in Beaune. The hotel is located very near to the centre and is within easy walking distance of the centre with its may restaurants. Breakfast in the adjacent cafe (separate but part of the L'imprimerie establishment) was excellent. Located in a quiet and safe residential area. Quirky and laid back. Excellent showers.

Nice and tidy room but nothing extraordinary.

No ventilation in the bathroom. It‘s called a „Bed & Breakfast“ but unfortunately breakfast is not included…. Breakfast is offered in the neighbouring restaurant „La Cantine“ at fairly high prices but unfortunately they have only a very limited choice…. Very disappointing and not well communicated. Therefore, room rates are too high, B&B is certainly overestimated.

Fabulous facilities with charming hosts and staff. We’ve never slept more soundly in France or started our morning better with a custom-made breakfast and perfect cup of coffee.

Exceeded expectations! The whole property (rooms, common area, outdoor patio, coffee shop, and restaurant) were impeccably designed, and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I've done my fair share of traveling, and this is one of the coolest properties I've ever gotten a chance to stay at. Will be back!

Cozy,, Charming, Like being at home. Does not shout "hotel" at you. Room to Roam with lovely courtyard and close to teh center. Lots of treats and beverages provided. Owners go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Stayed a couple of nights whilst touring France and tasting wine in Beaune. Lovely people and outstanding room plus lounge and work space and on-site cafe for a good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a truly amazing place ! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was a wonderful experience. Marie and Seb with their family and team have created a very special place. Built on their values everything is done with care and purpose from sourcing the drinks and good to the way they have built a fantastic community with co workers who have used their place to work since lockdown. This special rich experience is not to be missed.

A secret jewel full of style and atmosphere

Marie and Sebastien have created a cosy little jewel in the center of Beaune restructuring with great stile an old print factory. It is something you do not associate immediately with a small provincial city like Beaune. The place is full of atmosphere, rooms are huge and there is a lot of communal space if you want to work from there. But more importantly Marie and Seb are really creating a great atmosphere making sure all guests are feeling at home. It is only 100 Mts from the city wall: try their coffee shop as well ! We will come back

Mary and Seb have created an amazing home away from home. The property is incredibly stylish and has an amazing energy - the perfect spot to explore an incredible city. They have put a lot of love into what they do - this can be seen in the wonderful food and warm and helpful service.

Beautiful room in an artistic compound with cafe and very friendly staff

We loved everything about our stay at the L’Imprimerie, a small compound with interior courtyard, including the rooms, the house of the owners Marie and Sébastien, a homey coworking space, and a small cafe serving homemade breakfast and lunch. The room was amazing, spacious and well decorated, quiet, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The location is great, just outside the city centre, it was walkable to everything but also had free on street parking. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, we received many great tips, they seem to know everyone in town and the vineyards. We definitely hope to come back and would highly recommend.

Local, art forward, welcoming

Absolutely loved the staff. The room was so comfortable- the linens soft and light, we could have stayed in bed all morning. The breakfast was delicious. Friday night was a real treat with a packed house of locals, great music, lovely sandwiches and tons of natural wine and beers. My husband and I love traveling to the local, non tourist filled places and L’Imprimerie hit all the highest marks. We’d love to return!

Just about everything. If you're looking for an a-typical hotel, then you've found it. Located within walking distance of the town center, spacious rooms, an honesty bar, big terrace, adjacent bakery where you can order breakfast and the most friendly hosts you'll meet. Just don't make our mistake and stay a couple of nights instead of just one...
