Decent but overpriced

It’s a decent place to stay and it was the only place with a central location we could find on short notice. The staff were quite friendly.

It’s very overpriced for what it offers, everything seems quite dated, the breakfast is nice, but nothing about this place is worth almost 200€.

Excellent location Very clean Very friendly staff

No lift (stayed at the 3rd floor), very small bath, very expensive for what it offers. The worst bed i ever slept on - stiff as you slept on the floor. The worst part was the air-condition - very loud couldn’t sleep with it turned on, then we opened the window and was too much noise from the cars outside. The 1st night i didn’t sleep at all.

Noisy floors at the 3rd floor, probably old wooden floor underneeth because every step was creating a noise. Noisiest floors i have seen. The fridge in our room (304) was warm inside, probably only the inside light worked, not the fridge itself with the cooling function. Nice hotel though, next time we'll ask for another room :)

Overnight stay

I felt the breakfast was exceptional, and had a very good variety, even for my younger son. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return in a heartbeat.

There was nothing to dislike in all fairness. Maybe an extra bin under the tv table would have been beneficial for longer staying guests.

Great value for money near the Klagenfrt city center - walking distance with parking available

I did not try breakfast as I had a working breakfast in the office I visited. The room was not like in a 5 star hotel but super clean and comfortable. The hotel stuff was supper friendly and I loved the possibility to have a parking on the hotel yard... although in Klagenfurt from evening to morning there is also free parking at the hotel on the public street. Great value for money. Thanks

The hotel is nicely decorated with a lot of pieces of artwork in public areas. All premises are clean, and personnel very helpful and friendly I had late check-in, and the hotel provided me with clear and easy-to-understand instruction on how to get inside Location is close / walking distance both from railway station and downtown

There was from very weak to no wi-fi available in the room I arrived around midnight, and water in the tap was not warm enough to take shower No cooked food is offered for breakfast (something simple like scramble egg would be fine) Traffic outside creates a lot of noise between 7-8am

MANY insects in the night in the room but this is most probably not the hotel's fault. :P No lift. They helped me to bring the luggage up to the third floor. I did it on my down downstairs.

We didn't had breakfast at the hotel. There was not much place for parking inside, but there is much space to park on the street, which for you have to pay. We are satisfied!

The location and the staff are outstanding.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing, also the hotel is only a 3mins walk to city centre but... We had a street side room which was very noisy. Every car that passed the hotel seemed to be driving through the room. Due to the noisyness of the room, the church bells (which ring every 15 mins) can be heard vividly as well. There was no Airconditioning to be found and the room was too hot due to the outside temperature. There was no way to cool down the room. All in all the price we paid for the room in combination with the warmth/noisyness was not in balance. If you dont care about the above mentioned things, this hotel is great due to the location and the staff.

The hotel is very nice, very close to the centre. Everything necessary. The best in this hotel is its employees. I came with my dog and i had to leave him for two hours in hotel room. I warned the employees, that he can bark. The employees were so kind that they talked with my dog and he stopped barking!!!))))) Thank you so so much!!!!

This is not minus, but bear in mind, that free hotel parking is limited. In this case you are given a special paper (leaflet) and you can park your car in front of hotel. You pay for it, but it is not expensive.

1) Tiny room without air conditioning. The 2) floor makes a loud noise when walk on. 3) Staff could not understand English. 4) breakfast charge 19 ER when seepark hotel (5stars) only charge 18 ER ! 5) did not feel safe while stay where there are people walked and laughed after 1am . Back of hotel looks like a gatto

Perfekte Ist Die Lage zur Altstadt.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Keine oder viel zu wenige Parkplätze. Zufahrt sehr sehr eng. Sauberkeit naja. lange schwarze Haare am Bett, Bad auch nicht einladend. über der Türe im Bad/WC war es offen ins Schlafzimmer. Also hörte und riecht man dann alles im Zimmer. Ein Hotel für Gast Arbeiter.

Nettes Personal und Zentrale Lage

Brettharte Matratzen (schlafe zuhause auch auf fester Matratze) in sehr kleinen Zimmer und Türschnapper ging nachts auf, als andere Gäste durch den Flur liefen! Frühstücksbüffet okay, aber nicht super üppig. Nächstes Mal gehe ich wieder in mein Stammhotel in Klagenfurt und buche früher.

Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz, Zimmer schon älter aber sehr sauber ... hier alles bestens ...

leider war das Frühstück sehr überschaubar und kein frisches Gebäck vorhanden (weder Semmeln noch Croissant waren frisch - sondern mindestens vom Vortag :-( )
