Place is lovely. A real historic building. Gorgeous rooms and beds to sleep in. Food is excellent.
There was music at night that ended very late and kept us awake! Like, till very late!

Beautiful room, comfortable and clean. Location is good
Could be serviced better -- WiFi didn't work, AC remote didn't work. Thin walls, so you can hear every conversation on the corridors and every vehicle on the road

Excellent location, heritage property so has the old colonial look
Poor communication with hotel guests.
Didn’t check when we are coming as our flight was to arrive a bit late
Did not communicate clearly regarding the upgrade which we were given
Did not communicate that morning buffet breakfast was cancelled
Had to repeatedly request simple things as extra towels or shower gel
Poor supervision of junior reception staff
