    The so called 'premium' rooms on the ground floor were a health hazard, filled with mold. The walls show water seepage, floor and skirting wood was rotten, and filled with black mold, upon pointing out, the receptionist offered the alternatives which were claustrophobic. It is not a professionally run enterprise, neither has the restoration of the 'Heritage' structure been done properly. Not worth the price charged. Breakfast was quite basic, can be avoided as there are many options around.

    The hotel is located in the heart of the French Colony, very close to the beach, with many restaurants nearby. The location is perfect. It is a heritage hotel, and the rooms have a charming old French villa-style look with beautiful vintage wooden furniture and aesthetic interiors. Even the cupboards are uniquely designed and add to the overall charm of the place. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, TV, and toiletries. We had a very pleasant stay, and the breakfast served the next morning was absolutely delicious. Even my two-year-old son enjoyed it a lot. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

    Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful heritage hotel in Pondicherry. The property is a stunning 250-year-old French-style building that perfectly captures the charm and history of White Town. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and within walking distance to the White Town streets, cafés, and shopping areas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of vintage character while still being comfortable and well maintained.
