Great location on the sea front. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant manager. Good quality of food.

Room especially the bathroom needs to be refreshed as is very worn.

The Promenade is a nice little beachfront place with clean rooms and a pretty good buffet breakfast, which we enjoyed. The location right by the beach is definitely a plus. It’s also within walking distance of many interesting areas in Puducherry. The service staff is great. That said, the “beach view” rooms didn’t quite live up to expectations. You can see the ocean, but it’s not as impressive as you’d hope, and keeping the windows open isn’t very practical due to street noise and mosquitoes. For the price, it feels a bit on the higher side for what you actually get. The rooftop does offer a much nicer view, though, and is worth checking out. If you’re staying here, a standard room might be better value than paying extra for the view. Also, just something to keep in mind - the food is quite pricey. Overall, it’s a nice stay…

The rooms are not gud. We were offered very small rooms ;bad in shape and style; inspite of superior rooms booked thru Booking.com. We had to struggle and force them to change the rooms bath area was so small that ur hands were to be extended under observation
