Not easy to follow the directions for drop off of luggage. There was a photo with a link but the link was in the photo and you’re not able to click on it. A pin dropped link would be ideal

It exceeded all of our expectations! An outstanding stay, the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. A few steep stairs (which is made clear at the time of booking), but it was the perfect 1 night trip with just our backpacks. Beautiful original old building. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast on the terrace.

The location is excellent, near all major touristic places. Staff is very kind, always available to help. Breakfast was good, with a superb view of the lake

The Casa Gialla and reception are not in the same building. Not actually a room, it's an apartment with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroon and a bedroom. It had a big metal door with the most annoying double lock ever. There was a problem with hot water and we had to shower in ice cold water in 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. The staff was helpful enough to try and fix it but at no avail and since it was weekend, no maintenance work could be done either. I was on 2-week trip to Italy, in wich I stayed in 6 different hotels/cities (Venice included) and I can tell you, this was the worst cost/benefit ratio. My most expensive one, not my most pleasant one.
