It was very difficult to get the shower to be still in one place.
The second floor felt more like a third floor, and the stairs were steep and a bit narrow.
I received a pre-check-in message stating that there was no elevator (which I was already aware of), but that someone could help us with our luggage. When we arrived, we asked the woman who was cleaning the property if someone could assist us with the luggage, and she told us that no one was available to help

Nice design, huge bed, friendly staff
There was so much noise from drunk idiots in the street outside. We were woken 5 times a night. The room also lacked a kettle to make hot drinks
UPDATE: Despite what the owners of the property suggest, we did have both sets of windows closed!
