small rooms. humid. did not smell fresh.

Great location. Walking distance to all pinxtos spots. 12 check out was a plus so we didnt have to rush.
2 flights of stairs, no lift so may not be suited for lots of luggage , prams or elderly There are no windows in the bathroom making the ventilation pretty poor resulting in a muggy bathroom. Non the less okay for a short stay.

Nice design, huge bed, friendly staff
There was so much noise from drunk idiots in the street outside. We were woken 5 times a night. The room also lacked a kettle to make hot drinks UPDATE: Despite what the owners of the property suggest, we did have both sets of windows closed!
