Location. They respond well to messages
No aircon. Although it was stated. Toilet bowl- mgt pls check as there are black dirt on the inside “sides”

Fantastic hotel and responsive host. Room was very clean as was the bathroom and cleaned every day. The real stand out is it's a fantastic location right in the old town. Be aware there is no air con do you need to air it out while you're awake/ before sleep and then rely on ceiling fan for a few hours unless you're out as late as the late -nighters! The windows are fantastic sound cancelling though and we were fine.
It almost feels unfair to say but unfortunately the room we shared our bathroom with saw fit to trash it on our last night so we could not use it the last morning. Consider this when going for accommodation with shared bathroom (which many are in the vicinity). You expect people to be civil but unfortunately not all are house trained.

Location was fantastic - right in the heart of the Old Town. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Check-in with code and WhatsApp communications were a breeze.
Luckily there was a ceiling fan in the room - which helped in the middle of a heatwave. Aircon would have been great, but we were otherwise delighted. Shutters helped to deflect heat. We asked for a kettle and cups to make tea and received them - so perhaps tea/coffee making facilities would be great.
