Fabulous location - right in the heart of the old town, so everything was in easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful. Lots of really useful information provided about the area, too. We felt it was good value compared to other places in San Sebastian. Couldn't ask for more, really! We would be very happy to stay here again. A little tip: if you drive, parking around the old town is very expensive. After reading a load of reviews we chose to park at the car park by the station. They had a weekly rate which was considerably cheaper than the daily rate, but you have to go up to the office next to the supermarket to buy this.

Other than the dangerous temptation of the excellent ice cream shop directly opposite, nothing!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The elevator worked great. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet when the doors were closed. Fantastic location!

The mirror above the sink needs to be replaced. The finish has worn and it is spotted all over.

The location in downtown San Sabastian was perfect for walking all around the downtown area and beyond. We only needed a cab to get to and from the airport. There were only six rooms total. The staff was also amazing. Because of a marathon on our last day, a lot of streets were blocked off. They were able to get us a cab in advance AND help us walk our bags a few blocks away, outside of the marathon zone. Highly recommend this boutique hotel if you're traveling to San Sebastian! Stayed 7 nights.

Hot shower good, beds firmly comfortable, staff tidied up even when we said it was ok to leave things as they were until end. Location excellent for our purposes.

Opaque toilet and shower doors that allowed outlines to be seen - little privacy among family group. Slightly too little room for two. Outlook was industrial - window doors were misted as view poor.
