Excellent location. Friendly staff, and the room had everything we needed. Not noisy either. Great value for money for a short stay in this wonderful city.

Really friendly reception. Small hotel but had no bother from other rooms. Location is the best part - right in the heart of the old street! Really felt in the thick of it.

Be careful when you book during the time of year, we came during a locals festival and it was quite loud until 2am every night. Windows do proof a lot of it but I did wear headphones to fall asleep, this is more of us not knowing what was happening in the area that weekend so do your research before, that being said during the day it was amazing to look over the balcony at all the festivities happening and it was great fun!

Fabulous location - right in the heart of the old town, so everything was in easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful. Lots of really useful information provided about the area, too. We felt it was good value compared to other places in San Sebastian. Couldn't ask for more, really! We would be very happy to stay here again. A little tip: if you drive, parking around the old town is very expensive. After reading a load of reviews we chose to park at the car park by the station. They had a weekly rate which was considerably cheaper than the daily rate, but you have to go up to the office next to the supermarket to buy this.

Other than the dangerous temptation of the excellent ice cream shop directly opposite, nothing!

Hot shower good, beds firmly comfortable, staff tidied up even when we said it was ok to leave things as they were until end. Location excellent for our purposes.

Opaque toilet and shower doors that allowed outlines to be seen - little privacy among family group. Slightly too little room for two. Outlook was industrial - window doors were misted as view poor.
