Awesome location; good communication re access and everything worked as expected. Clean and comfortable room with excellent shutters and double glazing- critical given the noise 24*7 in the street below. The fan in the room was absolute life saver as it was a hot period.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of San Sebastián, with everything within easy walking distance.
The building is quite old and the room was rather average and basic, although it was clean. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable during warm weather

Location
No AC, no ceiling fans, no ventilation throughout the shared spaces or individual rooms. Manager asked us to share our arrival time, but then he was not there and he had not provided entry codes or any welcome details. We stood there sweating like crazy for 20 minutes before he finally sent a pro forma message. The photos are misleading, I feel. Basically a $5 SE Asia guesthouse room for over $150.
