Good location. Street noise to be expected. Nicely furnished and comfortable given the heatwave. Betty/ Betrix was lovely. The complimentary drinks was a nice touch.

Not enough clothes storage for a one week stay. Half of the wardrobe housed sundries for all bedrooms. A couple of small bedside cabinets with drawers would be handy.

Opted for the corner room with private bathroom; very happy with the choice. Very clean, comfy beds, daily servicing, excellent location in the old town. Lots of restaurants around. Fridge with some complimentary drinks.

Just a bit noisy with people talking in the hallway; some early morning noise from sanitation trucks. Earplugs advised for light sleepers!

Charming on best location in Old Town. Balcony and big windows.

No AC which made the he room very very hot. The open window was not a possibility because of noisy street at night. Hard to sleep

Ideal location for the old town of San Sebastián.

Room tiny. Can hardly get around the bed. Our mistake on booking as we didn’t see it was a shared bathroom in the corridor. On arrival we were assured it was our private bathroom. Getting to and from it during the night noisy for those in adjoining rooms and a pain frankly. The shower has a large window that opens to a an internal void in the building. On opening it I was met with a man 2 feet away leaning out of his window!!! On closing the window, despite the opaque glass he was there throughout!! Needless to say my wife didn’t bother. On attempting to use the bathroom shortly afterwards I was met by two workmen in there with tools everywhere and what appeared to be an embarrassed receptionist apologizing but no reason given at all. Thankfully there was a nearby bar that had a toilet we could use!!! Overall very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I had booked 17 accommodations for a month’s trip and clearly missed the lack of en suite facility so lesson learned there. Don’t bother
