Location, friendliness of staff, clean and comfortable room
A bit of noise from the corridor and room above but ear plugs made it fine and this is a MINOR point as I am a very light sleeper.

Great central location. Lively and bustling at night - great atmosphere. Despite no English spoken the host was very friendly and it worked well with google translate. Room and shared bathrooms were clean.
Basic accommodation with no facilities beyond a room and shared bathrooms. Noisy at night (inevitable in the central location) but the windows were remarkably well insulated.
