The location was great, very close to the Limone restaurants and services, but in a location each to reach with a car. Driving here and parking at the hotel was actually easy!
The hotel itself was quite modest and dated. The balcony with a mountain view was directly above the main road across the town, so I didn't really enjoy spending time there.

Gorgeous little hotel with a fantastic breakfast! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A short walk down to the lake from the hotel, and less than 10mins to walk into the town centre.
Slightly noisy with a very small shower.

Very hospitable staff who were always friendly. Breakfasts are amazing, not had such a good choice anywhere before and the evening meals were nice too. Great location near the centre of town.
Our room was very small. Not much space to even store suitcases which needs to be mentioned on the website. The swimming pool was fine although it looks like it’s needs some refurbishing as a lot of tiles were coming away and the hot tub did not work.

Pool (if you could find it) - felt secluded and serene. The reason I booked this hotel. Also breakfast was great, as were the staff serving it. They really catered to you - cutting different meats and cheeses, for example, per your request. Very nice and helpful.
The location and noise. The hotel is literally right next to the main road through town, so there was constant road noise. My room faced the road/mountains and there was no sound proofing so it was very loud and I did not sleep well (also not helped by the music played by the bar directly underneath my room). The pool was very hard to find (I literally had to have a staff member take me there) but once there, was amazing (see above). The rooms were super tiny.
