Easy parking, modest facilities

The location was great, very close to the Limone restaurants and services, but in a location each to reach with a car. Driving here and parking at the hotel was actually easy!

The hotel itself was quite modest and dated. The balcony with a mountain view was directly above the main road across the town, so I didn't really enjoy spending time there.

Very hospitable staff who were always friendly. Breakfasts are amazing, not had such a good choice anywhere before and the evening meals were nice too. Great location near the centre of town.

Our room was very small. Not much space to even store suitcases which needs to be mentioned on the website. The swimming pool was fine although it looks like it’s needs some refurbishing as a lot of tiles were coming away and the hot tub did not work.

Wonderful Hotel which we look forward to revisiting

We stayed for 5 nights, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel has a small pool but we could always find a sun lounger when we wanted one. Its located a sort walk from the centre of Limone

The bathroom was very small, this wasn't a show stopper but if I had a few more weeks of Italian food I might have struggled to get in the shower...

Felt like I was in a dorm

It had parking

The room was a lot smaller than I expected. I felt very cramped in what was supposed to be a leisure stay. The room did not feel clean. There were stains on the table and the bathroom. They also only offer “hair and body wash” so if you have hair I suggest you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, this was not where I wanted to spend a relaxing vacation so I checked out early and went somewhere else. I would only recommend this place if you need a place to sleep and only sleep.

Fantastic Hotel - Excellent Breakfast

The property was in a great location, short walk to the main town 10mins if that. The hotel had a great vibe the staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel safe and trusted. We brought drinks and they just added it our room bill and told us to relax. They were always accommodating and the pool area was fantastic, it was quite and relaxing and situated in a the bottom of the hotel. The breakfast was just amazing we loved it. The restaurant staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more helpful and they cut all the meats for you and presented the food in a lovely manor. Would recommend this hotel highly and would stay here again. The rooms were nice and comfy we had a great view and massive balcony.

Friendly and easygoing staff

The best thing at this hotel was the staff, both hotel and the hotels bar. They were very friendly, helpful and easygoing. Especially thanks to the very nice bartender Mattia who made so good drinks and was super professional and nice. It was fun to enjoy drinks and just chill at the bar in the evenings. Breakfast was very good and the staff helped every morning there. The pool was good, enough sunbeds. The hotel was located quite near the center, only 10-15min walk down there. There is also a supermarket and a smaller shop near the hotel.

The hotel would have a better soundproofing. The voices from traffic and other rooms was easy to hear as well from the bar but my room was above it. The shower is so tiny (solo room) that it was quite hard to shower there so for a bigger guy that would be very difficult.

Fantastic family-run hotel in a perfect location, an even more prefect breakfast & staff!

Great location, easy to reach by car but only a nice walk along the beach away from the center. The most fantastic breakfast! Staff is extremely friendly; it helps that it is a family-run hotel, with the owners working 24/7 along with other staff. Restaurant and bar are frequented by locals, which does not only show that it is good price/quality, and that it is not just another tourist trap, but the real -Italian- deal. Overall fantastic value.

The streetside (mountain view) rooms are a bit noisy and dated (but clean); not a quiet hotel in general because of the lively bar/restaurant. But not too bad either!

Breakfast was beautiful. Gorgeous buffet well presented by the staff . The two Male waiters delivering drinks in the bar at night were extremely efficient and friendly in particular the young guy who wore glasses I cant recall his name. Always went out of his way to help. Very clean and view amazing. Worth a visit.

Not neccesarily a bad thing but keep in mind the hotel bar is extremely popular with locals and you may not get a seat in the evenings. A lot of tables reserved early in the night for later in the night, so maybe that's the way forward book a table.

This is a very comfortable hotel with an absolutely outstanding breakfast. The views were fantastic, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The balcony made an awesome place to sit any time of day or evening and soak in the amazing views of the lake and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

Most of the things we didn’t like were a function of the time of year we visited. We were here in early November, off season, and a lot of places were closed. The restaurant in the hotel was closed but the bar was open and the staff made every effort to accommodate us with food and recommendations. The hotel did provide an amazing breakfast. The shower was a little small but functioned well.

Superb

The breakfast was fantastic, with a broad selection of both sweet and salty food. The room was very large, with a balcony and a kettle to make tea. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. The location is great: just next to a nice path leading up the mountains along a stream, a few min away from the lake shore and the city centre, with a good bike rental just around the corner. They offer a free parking lot, and they let us keep the car there also after checking out.

There's no elevator and our room (overlooking the mountains, on the other side with respect to the lake) was right above a petrol station.

If the rooms facing the lake are much more quiet, then I'd recommend staying here for the pool.

Pool (if you could find it) - felt secluded and serene. The reason I booked this hotel. Also breakfast was great, as were the staff serving it. They really catered to you - cutting different meats and cheeses, for example, per your request. Very nice and helpful.

The location and noise. The hotel is literally right next to the main road through town, so there was constant road noise. My room faced the road/mountains and there was no sound proofing so it was very loud and I did not sleep well (also not helped by the music played by the bar directly underneath my room). The pool was very hard to find (I literally had to have a staff member take me there) but once there, was amazing (see above). The rooms were super tiny.

Stunning!

Views were incredible! Would definately recommend paying the extra for a lake view, it was worth every penny! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was to die for, could sit in that jacuzzi all day, the pictures dont do it justice, its huge! Limone Sul Garda is quite a quiet place, so was pleased the hotel bar opened late to enjoy an evening drink. The location of the hotel is very convenient as the centre of Limone is only a short walk away. Had a fabulous stay!

Great view, nice pool area, excellent breakfast, good location, nice staff.

Both room and balcony were rather small, the aircon was therefore giving a constant breeze to the bed. But it wasn’t too bad. We would pick this hotel again.
