Ogólnie polecam! Mieszkanko fajne, na samym Monciaku, ale jednocześnie bardzo ciche. Blisko do dworca.
Bardzo polecam apartament. W tej cenie warunki i lokalizacja jak najbardziej super :)
Mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem apartamentu ze względu na to, że znajduje się on w drugiej linii budynków. Nie wiem czy tylko my mieliśmy z tym problem, ale rekomendowałabym załączenie wskazówki dotarcia do apartamentu, gdyż mapy Google zawiodły ;)

Es war ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub, der allen Ansprüchen gerecht wurde.
Das Apartment hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Es war super ausgestattet, sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist extrem gut, da man sofort in der Einkaufsstraße ist, aber keine Lärmbelästigung hat, da die Wohnung weiter hinten liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Doskonała lokalizacja, udany pobyt!
Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wejście przez bramę przy głównym sopockim deptaku - ulicy Monte Cassino. Natomiast sam apartament usytuowany w w kamienicy nie przy samej ulicy więc jest spokojnie i cicho. Niewątpliwym atutem jest rozkłąd mieszkania, dwie łazienki, przestronny salon, w którym można posiedzieć ze znajomymi. Wygodny sposób odbioru kluczy ze skrytki, sprawna komunikacja z obiektem. W lecie dodatkowym atutem może być mały przyjemny ogródek. Mieszkanie z klimatem.
Czystość w apartamencie. Przydałoby się takie bardziej gruntowne sprzątanie z szorowaniem szafek, które nieco się kleiły. Z ogródka nie korzystałyśmy bo nasz pobyt przypadł na luty, ale można by go trochę jednak ogarnąć. Na trawie leżą śmiecie, z plastikowego kosza wystają puszki zostawione przez poprzednich lokatorów. Specyficzny zapach w mieszkaniu, w zasadzie wszystkie ubrania po powrocie, nawet te nienoszone nadają się do prania. Rozumiem, że to stara kamienica, ale na pewno są sposoby by ten zapach choć trochę zniwelować.
