Green Space Hotel

Great location if you have a car. It's out of the center in a quiet and clean area right next to the lake and it's around 10 minutes to Ohrid center. Very nice beach with a nice bar/cafe/restaurant. Nice staff. Breakfast was ok. Easy and free parking in front of the hotel.

I've found a room in last minute so it wasn't the best option. My room was looking to the car park side, not the lake side and in the second floor. So I'd say the rooms in the first floor which are on the lake side are great options also with a jacuzzi. So I think the back rooms in the second floor should be at a much cheaper price because of their location and view (balcony looking at the car park). Also I should say that the furnitures etc. were a bit problematic in the room. The balcony door wasn't opening in the right way. Flush in the toilet didn't work good. And when the balcony door is closed there's a smell of humidity in the room. Coffee could be better in the breakfast. Other than these minor flaws it's a nice place.

Hotel needs renovation! Our room had a lot of dust and it wasn’t cleaned well. Breakfast was same every day, poor choice. Food in restaurant on beachfront was cold and we waited more than 45minutes for food .

The peaceful atmosphere. Whilst a little away out of town (a 15 minute walk) it was relaxing being able to swim in the lake.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Location is unique, and the views are amazing. We also enjoyed the possibility of quiet strolls along the bank of Lake Ohrid.

The room and common areas could use a bit of a refresh and some attention to detail. Room decor leaves much to be desired. The breakfast area is better; with a bit of attention, this hotel could aim for a high 3 or even a 4-star rating.
