Room was enormous with canal view. Very charming canal road not far from the train station, easy walk with luggage. If you are looking for a quite area to retreat this is a great space.
I think we were very satisfied. I generally think a little more cabinet space in the restroom would have been nice but we managed just fine as is.

The location was brilliant and the apartment was just beautiful. It’s all been overhauled and just an absolute gem.
Not having a receptionist was unusual but I used WhatsApp to contact them and ask them a couple of things and they got back to me straight away so that was brilliant

It's modern and very close to the Santa Lucia station. Also quiet neighbourhood.
We have to cross three bridges to reach the hotel but most hotels are the same.

Difficult to get into the smart property, very short door opening opportunity (when it finally opened)
Room too basic, no table
No hot water for shower one day. Water pressure for shower very iffy
Outside room tea/coffee facilities with paper cups but no milk
