As hotels go this one has to rate in the higher bracket. Reasonable cost, easy to find in an excellent location near the bus and train station. The customer service is excellent. With answers to any queries in minutes. The quality of the hotel is amazing. Comfy, large bed, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. I would 100% stop here again.
There isn't anything to not like. It's a quality hotel at a reasonable cost.

Great value for a luxury experience. Spacious room, elegant and clean. Historic architecture with contemporary and modern interiors. Location is ideal for touring the city and connecting to the airport. Highly recommended!

It’s a renovated hotel.
Easy self checkin.
Staff was very nice to make an early checkin.
Cleaning.
Despite it’s a renovated hotel, the shower has a very low pressure. Staff explained it was an old building.
Heating in the bathroom was not working.
Poor breakfast.
Our bedroom was in front of the breakfast room that was a little bit noisy.
