Very convenient location especially if you are driving to Venice has convenient on site parking for daily fee. Very basic stay but again very convenient and friendly staff.

Good budget price base for Venice.
We booked a standard double.
Pros
Good location if you want to be close to the train and bus station without dragging your cases for miles.
Lovely friendly lady on check in, very helpful and informative.
They will hold your luggage for free, which seens rare in Venice.
Comfortable room, clean, had what you needed, Tv no uk channels, fridge wardrobe, safe. Beds a tad hard but ok, nice big bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the corridor.
Easy to walk into and around Venice
Cons (im being picky this was budget accommodation)
No view other than a busy car parking facility you have to navigate to get to the front door.
Old fashioned room ( not vintage venice old fashioned) but thats fine for the price.
No facilites other than those mentioned above.
After a road trip of italy this was our last stop so we just wanted comfy and reasonably priced which this delivered. We would stay here again
