The hotel was very calm and peaceful, and most importantly was a stone's throw from the pistes / lifts. Additionally, László, our waiter for the time we stayed, was incredibly attentive, kind, polite, and was a joy to talk with.

Comfortable and Cozy Even Summer Stay

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the facilities are beautiful. Lots of areas to sit, relax and take in the scenery. The level of service was outstanding including the welcome drink, bag delivery to room, dining staff, bartender, etc. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in ages. The mattress was firm and the pillows plump! The food and service was wonderful. For breakfast, we really appreciated the freshly made omelets. For dinner, the meals were beautifully plated, tasted wonderful and were the perfect portion sizes. The back terrace and yard area included plenty of space for adults to lounge peacefully while also giving kiddos plenty of area to run around, jump on the trampoline, visit the bunnies and play on the playset. The communication with the hotel staff prior to our stay was top notch, and all our accommodation requests were met.

I would have appreciated a second trash can in the main area of the room. There was only a small trash can in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom could have been swept a bit better.

Superb

Amazing location, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, the view and wellness area are beautiful on the eyes. I had a big room, so it was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff is professional yet very friendly and helpful. I was there with my dog, absolutely no problem, got a dog water bowl for our room.

It was a shame that there were a lot of imported foods for dinner (sea fish every night, avocado, mango etc), instead of focusing on local products and ingredients. I thought this was a missed opportunity and shame. Everyone was saying how breakfast is amazing, I would say it was standard, I expected more interesting or local options. Otherwise the food was tasty and well presented. I had a room facing the east, near the road, so it would get very hot (no AC), and you could hear cars sometimes. And lastly, I had to pay quite a lot for parking and for my dog per night, so was a bit disappointed, I thought parking was included and the dog stay would be much cheaper.

very good location, the view from the hotel is really amazing. bedroom is very cosy, facilities are great too

only 1 spa place where it supposed to have warm water but it was cold..... nobody controls kids, it supposed to be for only Adult after 6 or 7pm but still some kids were playing and jumping diving...
