A treasure along the Moselle River

Beilstein is beautiful, tiny, quaint and very quiet. It is located beside the Moselle River and offers many scenic options. The restaurant associated with the hotel was excellent. The outdoor covered terrace overlooking the Moselle made dining there a real treat. And of course the wine, and food delicious!

Exceptional

Wonderful place! We will definitely come back more than once. A large, beautifully and practically furnished room. Great view from the balcony to the ruins of the Metternich Castle. 3 minutes walk to the banks of the Moselle. Absolutely exceptional breakfast. 2 saunas, a sun room and a huge roof terrace. Helpful and hospitable staff - they know the answers to all your questions :). Convenient parking.

Luxury Hotel with view of castle, but expensive

castle view; modern luxury hotel

no soap in bathroom; expensive (our booking was a “distress purchase” after we were let down by another hotel on the day - we did not require all the facilities available). The few restaurants in Beilstein were also expensive.

This stay became part of our favorite Germany memories!

My sister and I found this gem during our travels in Germany this fall. Our cheery third floor room was easily accessible by elevator and was spotless. Breakfast was fresh, abundant, and delicious. Julia and Bastian were welcoming, gracious and accommodating to our wishes. It was fun to learn from personable Julia that we were the first guests from the USA since Covid. Dining in their restaurant was a lovely closing to the day with an enticing menu--loved the amazing seasonal soup and goat cheese salad. Our Terrace seating under the grapevines overlooking the lazy Mosel was perfect.

The bathroom arrangement was a little odd but spotlessly clean.

Facilities and breakfast exceeded our expectations. All in all very pleasant stay!

The hotel and its facilities (and host) were absolutely fantastic; location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and eggs were freshly made upon arriving in the morning. We spent a late afternoon in the Spa, which was great; it is very clean and has a large relax area with a view of the streets below and of the mountain. It has been a VERY comfortable stay at this hotel.

Just lovely

Beautiful old building, lovely location, parking and nice view. Large bedroom, balcony and a kettle 🥳. Super comfy bed, feather duvet, two pillows. Very quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast etc etc 😄 We didn’t use the wellness and sun terrace but it all looked beautiful.

No ‘didn’t likes’ just observations: Bidet is separate from toilet, bit odd but nice to have one and not enough water pressure in bidet but staff said they’ll address that. Could do with a light over the bathroom mirror and a shelf would be great.

Het was echt een geweldige citytrip!

De rust! Het prachtige uitzicht. Leuke marktplaats. Heel pittoresk. Ze noemen het niet voor niks ‘het Doornroosje’ van Duitsland. Heel charmant dorpje. Mooi hotel, heel proper! Heel lief personeel. Ook de zehnthauseseller is echt de moeite! Heerlijk gegeten in hún restaurant. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Was echt top! Komen zeker terug.

Hier komen wij niet meer terug.

Ik had een stukje groen in mijn gebak, mevrouw zei dat het vers was. Maar het viel ook uit elkaar, en groen is m.i. schimmel.

We hadden een onstabiel bed op wielen die niet op een rem stonden.aook als je op bed ging zitten maakte het lawaai.De breedte was goed maar daar was alles ook mee gezegd. De prijs kwaliteit vonden wij tov van bv Hotels van van de Valk een grote afknapper! Bij aankomst zat de wc bril los, dit aangegeven maar is tijdens ons verblijf niet vast gezet.

Eigentlich alles. Die Lage, das freundliche Personal, unser Zimmer mit Balkon und Parkettböden, das Spa, die sympathischen Wirtsleute: alles top. Dazu freies Parken und ein Superfrühstück. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Beilstein

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Alles war renoviert und ansprechend, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker , es gab alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Das Personal der Service waren sehr sehr freundlich und nett, man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Es war etwas hellhörig morgens früh vor dem Hotel, trotzdem das wir die Fenster zu hatten. Alles in allem jedoch nur ein kleines Manko.

Ontbijt was Geweldig, alles goed aanwezig en genoeg keuze. op een goede gedeelde plaats, is de gehele accomodatie..................alles was heel goed, Sauna was heerlijk, bedden en beddengoed waren ook prima, dons, precies wat ik prefereer. Restaurant was zeer goed.... Personeel is heel vriendelijk, niks is teveel. mijn verjaardag, werd extra aandacht aan besteed, heel fijn.

Wirklich ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht auf die Burg. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse ist auch sehr schön um den Nachmittag / Abend zu genießen.

Heel mooi hotel, kamer met zicht op de burcht / ruïne. In het dorp, op wandelafstand, verschillende eetgelegenheden. Hotel is uitgerust prachtige wellness en zonneterras.

Geburtstagswochenende

Das Hotel ist in der Top Lage und schön eingerichtet mit einer tollen Dachterrasse und Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen wieder und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Mein Mann hat den Aufenthalt als Geburtstagsgeschenk bekommen und ist sehr glücklich hier zu sein und vielen lieben Dank an Frau Julia Lipmann für die nette Geburtstagsüberraschung.
