Good family time
We are a family of four (parents with children aged 4y and 11m). We all enjoyed the stay here. Our kids loved the play room. The breakfast buffet was rich and the dinner was excellent. The staffs were so friendly and helpful, did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We got a spacious family suite with two double bedroom. Loved it!
Just some suggestions: drawing kits and some toys in a box for distracting the kids, and plastic dishes and water cups for kids menu would be great.

The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The waitress was friendly and quit. They moved to tables together to give us all (8 persons) enough space to sit together.
Nothing except maybe that the stairs and elevator were a bit tight.

Excellent
The hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a two bedroom apartment, very spacious, lots of light and clean. The hotel 5* fine dining set up, really surprised me. Proper table cloth and napkin, proper wine/water glasses even for children. The atmosphere was very cozy and warm, both inside and outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, manager and owner. I travel a lot for work and I can definitely say, this is hotel is really worth it, more than many 5*.

Very recommended place to stay a long or a short vication for a family with kids or just a couple
The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful, every requst answared quickly and wuth a smile. The family room is clean and spacious, the breakfast and dinner (included in the price) are rich and varied. The distance from most attractions is about an hour or less, the distance to Switzerland, France and park Europe for about an hour and 30 minutes. A quiet and picturesque town. We definitely will come back again. Strongly recommended.
