Great Guesthouse!

We had the pleasure of staying in one of the two guest rooms belonging to the Kamino restaurant in Häusern. The modern and spacious room left nothing to be desired: a safe, a well-stocked minibar, fresh drinking water, and apples from the Black Forest were all provided. The guest room manager, Mrs. Zumkeller, is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and always available to help. The booking process was straightforward, communication was perfect, the price was fair — and the stay was simply wonderful. On our next weekend trip to the Hochschwarzwald (High Black Forest), we will definitely stay there again!

The truffle sauce of the fillet steak was heavenly, and the halibut was cooked to prefection. The generous breakfast was also delicious. We cannot wait to return to Kamino in our next visit to the Black Forest!

Strong and nice breakfast, the family in charge is super nice and speaks at least 3 languages. Super practical to park and to get to St Blasien. Nice Italian shower.

Exceptional

The owner was lovely. The room was a good size with a seating area and large bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfy. It was spotlessly clean. There was also a small personal terrace to your room. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was first class. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, these were the nicest bead rolls we’d had on our road trip and the little pots of oats were divine. Will definitely be back, even if to just eat that wonderful risotto again.

Superb

The room was spacious, in great condition, very quiet and definitely comfortable. There was parking available just outside the window, so luggage hauling was made easy. There is dinner available in the adjacent restaurant and it is well worth it; they were very kind and upon bookind already reserved a table. Breakfast was also very tasty and varied. Altogether I would clearly like to stay there again

The bathroom had a very inefficient ventilation so after showering it turned into a sauna that took a while to dry. That would really be the only complaint

Great

This property is really a restaurant with guest rooms but the room rivals many hotels. It had everything you expect from a 4/5 star. Steffi was a lovely host who did everything she could to make us welcome and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was good and our breakfast was lovely. Reasonably safe spot for parking our motorcycle just outside the room.

Schönes Gästezimmer und top Restaurant

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem, alles ist schön gestaltet und das Bad ist einfach toll. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr einladend und es ist schön ruhig. Das Abendessen und Frühstück sind sehr gut und Frau Zumkeller eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

Super kamer met super gastgevers

We hebben de kamer geboekt omdat we bij het restaurant, Kamino van dezelfde eigenaar en overigens een super aanrader, wilden eten en het was perfect. De kamer was groot en vrij nieuw, alles was voorhanden en schoon. Een extra lof voor de eigenaresse, zo een vriendelijke persoon die alles voor haar gasten doet. Doordat er maar twee kamers zijn, was het ontbijt in het restaurant voorbereid en lekker rustig. Ook het ontbijt was meer dan perfect.

Niets, alles was perfect. Natuurlijk is het midden in het dorp en daardoor geen super uitzicht, maar dat is niets bij alle positieve punten.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer, ideal für ein relaxtes Wochenende

Sehr schönes, komfortables Zimmer. Wunderschönes Bad mit toller Dusche, sehr bequemes Bett. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Terrasse und es liegt sehr ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich würde jederzeit hier wieder übernachten

Besser geht eigentlich nicht für ein Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Alles war perfekt. Das Zimmer modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem, es gab sogar eine kleine Minibar. Das Bad hätte nicht schöner sein können, sehr modern und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben dort auch zu Abend gegessen und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Qualität ist vom Besten und das Essen einzigartig lecker. Keine null acht fünfzehn Karte, sondern ausgewählte Speisen. Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt

Geschmackvolle gemütliche Einrichtung mit kl. Terrasse. Herrliches Bad mit großer Regen Dusche und Elektr. Rollos 👍🏻 Bett/ Matratze ebenfalls perfekter Härtegrad. Zentral im schönen Hochschwarzwald gelegen. Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Nette Gastgeber😊

Ja fein für die Übernachtung einmal als Geschäftsreise vollkommen in Ordnung.

Sehr ruhige Lage, nett auf dem Land. Das Frühstück gegenüber in der Pension war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und die Bedienung sehr nett. Alles im allem gerne wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants haben sich unten vor meinem Zimmer längere Zeit spät in der Nacht noch unterhalten. Das war irgendwie witzig, aber eben auch nicht ganz perfekt.
