Location excellent

We found this hotel at the last minute due to a change of location upon our arrival to Paris. I was so impressed with Hamza, who took care of our reservation. He was courteous, friendly, helpful - a professional!!!! Per our request, he got us 2 rooms next to one another, and handled our luggages while we wait for our rooms to be ready. I gave exceptional scoring on the fact that customer service makes everything alright, especially as a visitor in a foreign country. The room size is small, but so are many places in France. The perk here is the rooms have air condition. Not easy to find in Paris. The hotel location is lovely as we walked to many places for food, coffee and pastry. There is a convenient store nearby as well. I did not get to experience their breakfast option due to scheduling, so I have no comment on this. I do agree with others' comments that the eating area is small. Again, this is the norm for tight spaces in Paris.

Of the two rooms, my room's air condition was not working well. Check to make sure the air condition works. The flushing of the toilets, you must gently push the lever to avoid water splash. The bathtub is quite slippery so be careful.

Breakfast was good although the kitchen where you got your food could only fit 2 people in it. The rooms were tidy and clean, although the cleaners did not always pull the room doors completely shut after them.

Lack of seating at breakfast there were only 6 tables for 2 people each.

The location

It was not what I was expecting. It was very small. I was told that you guys would provide adapters for us. We had to try a few before we got the right only to find out that we were only going to be given one and there was two of us there some of the outlets in the room did not work. No one ever came to clean our room. We asked for fresh washclothesand didn’t get them. Ended up just taking them off the car on our way past breakfast was not worth the price. It was hardly anything to eat every time we went down there no sort of options to really choose from.
