A spotless, comfortable, and peaceful stay in a perfect location with genuinely friendly staff.

This is my 3rd time staying at this amazing hotel. This recent visit was fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, directly opposite a main Metro line which made getting around incredibly easy. My room was spotless on arrival and remained immaculate throughout thanks to the excellent daily housekeeping. The bed was genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, I slept amazingly every night. The staff were also really friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. On top of that, the room was quiet and peaceful with no noise issues at all. Highly recommend and I would happily stay here again and again.

Ok for a short stay

Very close to Eiffel Tower and to various metro stations. Clean and well equipped room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. 24 hours reception, with kind and helpful customer care

My room, n. 404, was very well isolated from outside noise. However, 2 doors in the isle were very close to mine, and every opening and closing were very loudly heard in the room. The room is very small compared to the price, but in line with Paris prices, and anyway ok for a very short stay for 1 person, specially for business travellers. Breakfast is probably not in line with a 4 stars hotel standard, both for location, a small basement, and offer of food that should be wider.

Very clean and quite room. There was no noise from outside. The metro station of the line 6 is just in front of the hotel. The reception is open 24/7 and friendly. Recommended for couples. Around the hotel there are many cafes and breakfast places.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The warm welcome, spacious and clean room, furniture, and high-quality, fully equipped bathroom were all excellent. The location right in front of the metro station was very helpful for getting around.

I wish there was more variety in television channels to suit most nationalities, because all the channels shown are only French.

Overall, a good experience!

The location was central and close to the Eiffel Tower. The beds were very comfortable.

The check-in could be smoother. During check-in, the employee was not professional as he kept asking how much we paid for the Paris public transport week-pass. When we asked him to leave it and speed up the check-in process, he was so confrontational and said this all is part of the check-in process! Not acceptable.

Our stay at this hotel was overall a great experience!

I loved the location- we were within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the nearby canal, and the hotel is conveniently located right in front of a metro station, making travel around the city incredibly easy. The staff was outstanding, and two employees in particular went above and beyond. One woman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) upgraded us to a room with an Eiffel Tower view and even shared great local dining recommendations. Another employee, Amin, kindly helped my friend and I download photos from her digital camera and offered excellent advice on transportation and other subjects- he was truly so friendly and kind. The 24/7 reception was reassuring, and we never had any issues with room cleanings.

The only drawback from our stay was that the room felt a bit small, but this was minor. Considering the hotel's service, the price of our stay, and the excellent location, the size was a very small trade-off.

Great value.

Great location near the eiffel tower. The hotel is right next to the subway station so going around paris is very easy. The hotel is very central you can find laundromat, shops, markets and restaurants all around. Quite a touristic vibe and safe. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Small room does not fit two people if you’re both 6’. But you could always upgrade to a bigger room.

An Eiffel veiw of Paris.

We stayed 3 nights and had a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a good size and I loved the little touches, dressing gown, slippers, fridge, tea & coffee and toiletries. The bed was comfy, and the room had lots of storage space.

We booked bed and breakfast, my only criticism would be the first morning we went for breakfast 10am and there wasn't a lot of choice all the eggs were gone, no cheese, just cereal, a few yogurts, breads and some meat and there was no offer to bring out or make more. The following morning we went around 9am and there was lots of choice including smoked salmon, boiled and scrambled eggs. Overall, breakfast was good value, but I felt that items should have been replaced or offered on the first day. The hotel is in a great location, opposite Metro Dupleix, with lots of restaurants and bars in the area, as well as supermarkets and a market on Sunday and Wednesday. It's around a 10 minute walk from the Seine and Eiffel tower. The bar next door did an excellent charcuterie board and had a great selection of beers. I would recommend this hotel and area if you are visiting Paris.

Room was modern and well equipped. reception staff were excellent. A very pleasant breakfast from 07.00. I was there early when the scrambled eggs were at their best !

Myself and my daughter stayed at Le Relais Saint Charles for one night for her 16th birthday and we had a lovely stay. The staff were so polite, kind and helpful. The location is great - maximum 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Our room had a view of the top half of the tower and we lay in bed at midnight watching it sparkle (We initially booked a classic room but upgraded to the top floor with tower view). Bedroom was perfect for what we needed, it wasn't luxury but we knew we were booking a 3 star hotel and the room and bedding were clean, comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Alex on reception was particularly helpful in showing us places to visit around the city and did everything for us with regards to communication and emailing to help us book a party dinner cruise for my daughters birthday. If we come back to Paris we will definitely book here again. I'm also an independent travel agent and will definitely be recommending Le Relais Saint Charles to my clients when looking for an affordable hotel in Paris city centre with a tower view. I have tried to upload a picture of the view from our room of the Eiffel Tower but it wont load, but I have a video of Paris on my instagram page ''hollies_jollies'' if you want to watch the video of the bits we did when in paris for 24 hours and a video of the view from our room. Good location for a short break.

It has a good central location with easy access to the Metro. Near the icon Bir Hakeim Bridge and the Eiffel Tower, it's a great base for exploring Paris. Good shower and friendly staff.

The room was quite small, although fine for a short stay. The bath towels were really too small; they were more like hand towels. Also, there were no plug sockets next to the bed, which is frustrating if you want to charge your phone. The safe seemed impossible to lock. I had the same problem last time I stayed but in a different room.
