The room was very clean, the location is exceptional (right by the sea, as you can see from the picture), and the hotel manager was very kind and always ready to help with any request.
A slightly annoying fan noise next to the window, but once the window was closed, it could no longer be heard.

Breakfast was well worth the money and hot. The cleansing of the room was of high standards.I felt safe abd secured at night. The owner welcomed you and he was very approachable. Location 3 minutes walk to the pier/beach.

Leo the manager was very welcoming, accommodating, and always made us we were comfortable during our stay whilst attending Brighton Pride. His hotel is in the perfect location with sea views, walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer, and the room was very cosy and comfortable. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying with Leo and his team again next year!
