A beautiful hotel close to the seafront in the Kemptown area. Amazing decor, pristine accommodation (we stayed in the Japanese room) bright and airy even with the intense heat we are all experiencing. Sash windows that opened fully to allow the sea breeze in. Fabulous bathroom with a super deep bath. Everything was superb!

Front seaview. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed and super bathroom.
Parking is not easy in front of property but nearby 5 minutes walk is always possible

Had to sleep with bedroom lights on, they dimmer switch was broken so they stayed on
