Family room on top floor but the lower ground one not available… not easy as has a new baby with us

Room and bathroom very big and clean. All the facilities, including air conditioner.
The view of the room was not perfect, but we had a table and chairs in the terrace

It was the week of the record breaking heatwave - the air conditioning in our room was heaven sent! The breakfast facilities and choices... devine.
It will definitely be our place of stay when in Brighton again - excellent location.
So - tick!, tick!!, tick!!! to the hotel.
Unfortunately, just toooo hot outside to use the spa facilities - like the hot tub, massages etc inside.
I wish there could have been something offered for the parking outside the hotel around the garden square instead of being offered parking further away.

The room was lovely and the location was great
We felt like we paid a lot for the room and there were lots of extras to pay for that we felt could have been better value - notably parking, breakfast and the use of the hot tub (usually free if you’ve booked a spa treatment, which we had done).
