The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa

The room was well appointed, air conditioning was good though a little noisy. Location was excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable and well cooked. Staff were always on hand and so helpful. We will use the Charm Hotel again in the near future

Exceptionally clean , beautifully furnished room with everything you could need (and more). the staff were so helpful and polite . The customer service was exceptional and staff go out of their way to assist you !!! We were taken care of from the moment we arrived and no request was too big or small . We are frequent visitors to Brighton and I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was good and the dining room is decorated really well. The shower was fab.

The photos don't really reflect the reality in honesty. It's not that the room was bad, but I paid 1200 pounds for 3 nights (because of Brighton Pride), and it just wasn't worth it. There was a stain on the lamp, the blinds were dodgy on one window, there was a small black fridge just placed under an old coffee table. Nothing about the decor was classy or luxury or boutique or 5 star. There was a buzzing noise we heard intermittently throughout the night, which was either the air con unit or coming from the cupboard next to the room. The bed was clean and comfortable but very small.
