It was really a magical experience in the heart of the dolomites , San Cristina in val Gardena!
The facilities of the hotel were just marvellous !
The staff was very very heartwarmingly kind and ready to help.
All the menus and the breakfast were beyond imagination.
The rooftop swimming pool was really a little wonder with a view of the peaks . The same for the sauna!
The relax room is really quiet and just perfect !
The location is Just perfect, 5min walk from a ski lift.
Ideal for a familiar stay in winter and summer as well!
We really felt ourselves like in a dream 😇❤️
The parking lot was a bit tricky to find and after to park our car /really narrow spaces /

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located right in town, close to restaurants and a grocery store. The staff was great—especially the servers and bartenders at breakfast, who were so friendly and accommodating. The pool was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The only small frustration was the European-style shower with the half-glass panel, which made it hard to keep water off the floor. I do not understand those!!

- the head shower was broken and dirty
- because of the old furniture there was a bad smell
- no products in minibar
- very expensibe for what it offer
