Very friendly staff and nice facility including panoramic pool and relaxation room. Rooms were clean and breakfast/dinner were superb. I even got free upgrade for my room. They even offered lunchbox for people with early check out that will miss the breakfast. They have a great website/app that explains everything above and beyond

Nothing. Wished I stayed longer

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of options. We especially enjoyed the pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and everything was handled smoothly, making the experience completely stress-free.

The only minor downside was an interaction we had during afternoon tea. We arrived just a couple of minutes after the scheduled finishing time and noticed that some cakes were still being cleared away. We asked if it would be possible to have a small piece, but were told that the service had already ended. While we completely understand the need to adhere to service hours, the response felt a little abrupt and less welcoming than the excellent hospitality we experienced from the rest of the staff. Aside from this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to other travellers.

- the head shower was broken and dirty - because of the old furniture there was a bad smell - no products in minibar - very expensibe for what it offer
