Appropriate for the price, great location!

Parking available on site for no additional cost. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great location, close to Brussels, Waterloo, little over an hour to Pairi Daiza... comfy beds, always hot water.

Breakfast was ok but nothing outstanding, warm items were a bit dry, the selection wasn't great. Bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower and very low water pressure, which made it kinda hard to use. Room could have been a bit cleaner but no big issues.

Comfortable stay

A little difficult to get to without a car as we really struggled to get a taxi. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, the restaurant was closed the night we stayed but they were more than happy for us to order in and even rang our room when the food arrived. Breakfast selection was good, regularly refilled.

We really enjoyed our stay very comfortable. The interconnecting rooms gave us great space

We did not have breakfast. The rooms we were given were interconnecting and the children loved them and were very happy. Beds were set up as singles and we had a double. Clean sheets and bedding. Clean white towels all provided. We had a tv in both rooms which children loved too. We were able to watch english tv which was a bonus. Hotel was quiet and parking very easy at no extra cost.

Walls to both rooms were needing of repairs and redecorations as worn and tatty in places.

Avoid

The most uncomfortable pillows and bed I’ve ever slept in. Noise isolation between the room and the corridor was very poor. The breakfast doesn’t worth the money.

Adequate for what we needed in our price point.

The staff was always helpful and went out of their way to get us what we wanted.

The only twin bed rooms they told us were available were on the bottom street level, and we were 2 women. They also have the same rooms with connecting doors and no way for us to bolt lock them! The looked easily opened with a credit card from the other connecting room. They did move us to a twin bed room without the connecting door - few!

Great stop 20 min from Brussels

Breakfast was good with enough options. We had two rooms and one smell like mold and we were upgraded to a newly renovated room with a king size bed, colored lights and a brand new bathroom. Since we’re allergic to mold we really appreciate it the accommodation.

Hotel has a moisture problem but it looks like they are installing a/c units and renovating the rooms. Woul be interesting to see the final result.

Overall very good stay. Comfortable and clean. Far away from the city. Car is a must.

Overall look and feel of the Hotel a little old and outdated, but everything was very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. We were there in mid-december during a very cold week (t° under zero every day) and the hotel was nicely heated despite the current energy crisis, the bathroom were equipped with small wall mounted electric radiators, which were a bit old-looking but worked very well for their size. Moreover the rooms were equipped with AC units which could heat up the rooms very quickly at our return, there was no need to leave them on all day in revision to have a warm room. We definitely appreciated being upgraded for free, as we booked a room with a large bed for my wife and I, and an extra pull-out sofa bed for our two kids, as it was advertised at booking, they offered us instead two rooms communicating with each-other each with their own queen-size beds and own bathroom. Equipped with good quality shower gel/shampoo too. They changed the towels with fresh ones daily. We didnt try their breakfast buffet but there is an Exquis café at walking distance from the premises.

No drink dispenser/machine and buying a bottle of water from the bar turned out to be quite expensive (around 6€/bottle if I remember correctly). The location of the Hotel is quite far away from everything as it is situated in the business district of Wavres. A car is a necessity to go anywhere
