La experiencia de un hotel en una Isla que te ofrece un servicio de parking en la plaza del Delfin del puerto y te llevan en barco.

Como una observación para mejorar: cinta antideslizante en la bañera, la bañera es alta y sin barra de apoyo...cualquiera se puede caer en esa bañera. Luego faltó un poco de información de las actividades o servicios que tienen. Te envían un email para hacer el chek in online antes de llegar y estas trabajando tienes que parar para hacerlo y luego cuando llegas alli te vuelven a scanear tu documento y en otro Maistra incluso queria cobrar novamente.

We had a really hot room the first 2 days and kept getting told the temperature was normal, the fan was barely blowing and the room temperature was 27 degrees. We spent a lot of time reporting this to reception who did try to deal with it, however we knew the rooms went cooler as we had friends staying in a different room and their air conditioning worked. On the third day they must’ve done something as it seemed to be fixed. Small issue really but we did struggle to sleep those first few days due to the room being so hot

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta e il Maistra si è confermato splendido.

Da rivedere a mio giudizio buona parte dello staff del Bar in zona reception. Manca la professionalità e la cortesia richiesta per una struttura del genere e la mancanza di esprimersi in lingua italiana anche con un livello base vista la discreta presenza di clientela italiana.

Beautiful island experience – would love to return!

We absolutely loved the incredibly beautiful island with its stunning nature and clear, calm sea. The hotel grounds were picturesque and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable, even though some minor things didn’t work properly. Dinner was a real highlight — delicious and varied every evening. Overall, our holiday was truly wonderful, and we’d be happy to return.

Breakfast, although tasty, lacked variety — the same food selection each day quickly became repetitive. The bathroom had a persistent musty smell, despite us leaving the door open and using the fan, which seemed to be not effective enough. Also, the sunshades on the balcony were not working, which was a bit inconvenient.

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, otoczenie, spokój, cisza, miły personel, czystość - pokoje sprzątane codziennie, jedzenie bardzo dobre, bezpłatny parking co jest rzadkością, bezpłatny transfer do i z Rovinji dla gości hotelu. Super Aqua aerobik z super prowadzącym 🙃

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, nie ma takiej rzeczy do której moglibyśmy się przyczepić może tyko brakowało mi herbaty do kolacji ale nie był to wielki problem. Na pewno tam wrócimy

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

Zusammengefasst war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen, sehr gut geführten und organisiertem Hotel, UNABHÄNGIG davon, dass der Gesamtpreis sehr hoch ist. Die Mitarbeitenden in allen Bereichen, insbesondere im Restaurantbereich die Servicekräfte waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Putzdamen denen man überall begegnete, grüßen jederzeit freundlich. Das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen wirklich lecker. Und die Küchenkräfte ackern im Akkord, dass alles immer schnell nachkommt, davor kann man nur den Hut ziehen. Abwechslungsreiche Speisen und auch hochwertige Produkte zierten jeden Abend das Buffet. Die Insel ist sehr schön gepflegt und weitläufig und man erreicht durch eine Verbindung eine zweite kleine Insel. Beide Inseln sind mit Liegen an jedem freien Plätzchen ausgestattet, so dass es sich sehr schön verteilt. Die Liegen sind für die Hotelgäste umsonst, wobei das vermutlich im Gesamtpreis mit eingerechnet ist. Nicht Hotelgäste zahlen 8 Euro pro Tag. Der Bootsshuttle fährt pünktlich alle Stunde und ist auch für Hotelgäste kostenlos, aber auch hier gehe ich davon aus, dass es im Hotelpreis berücksichtigt ist. Alle 3 Tage werden Strandhandtücher gewechselt, dass fanden wir super. Das Meer war wie zu erwarten sehr schön und die Poolanlage war auch sehr schön. Wir würden zu den Konditionen, die wir in diesem Jahr bezahlt haben, auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

- Die angegebene Adresse hat uns nicht zur Rezeption geführt. Das Ziel war mind. 400 Meter weit weg und nicht so gut ausgeschildert wie man sich das wünscht. Erst dachten wir, wir wären die einzigen "dummen" aber im Laufe der 2 Wochen haben wir häufiger gehört, dass es nicht soooo leicht ist. Dort angekommen mussten wir an der Landrezeption auch jedes Detail erfragen, dass ist nach 13 Stunden Autofahrt echt nervig, es muss doch möglich sein, den Gästen, die zum ersten mal kommen, eine Präzise Info zu geben. Welches Boot ist für uns? Wann fährt es? Wie läuft das jetzt mit dem ganzen Gepäck? Auch die Mitarbeitenden an der Inselrezeption waren nur okay. Nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht so wie man es erwarten würde von einer 4*Rezeption. Alle Mitarbeiter übrigens, die uns in den 2 Wochen an der Rezeption begegnet sind, die können sich mal was abgucken bei den Serviceleuten im Restaurant :-) - das reservieren der Liegen ist wirklich ein Alptraum!!! Viele gehen morgens, reservieren sich Liegen und kommen dann erst Stunden später. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man das reservieren, in diesem Stil schon beim Check in anspricht. In anderen Hotels funktioniert das auch. Aber bleibt wahrscheinlich ein frommer Wunsch. - in unserem Zimmer war ein großer Riss über den gesamten Badezimmerspiegel, der mit Panzerglas zugeklebt war. unsere Gardine war schmutzig und bei Einzug waren die Fenster schmutzig, also offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage wurde nie kälter als 25 Grad. Beanstandet, versucht zu beheben, nicht besser geworden :-( Blick aufs Meer war auch nicht wie angegeben, also Bäume davor und Hauswand an der Seite verdeckte alles. Also, grundsätzlich nur kleine Mängel, die uns bei einem 3 Tage Aufenthalt egal wären, allerdings denke ich, wenn eine Familie 14 Tage lang bleibt, dann könnte man doch vielleicht darauf achten, dass alles passt. ist doch schon ein Unterschied zu 5-6 Tagen. Abendessen finde ich zu spät ab 18.30. ab 17.

Posizione esclusiva e spiagge poco affollate durante la settimana, nel weekend l’isola è un po’ più affollata. Docce in tutte le spiagge e lettini sempre disponibili. Traghetto gratuito da e per Rovigno, in venti minuti si raggiunge il paese. Vista panoramica, tramonti bellissimi e in due occasioni abbiamo anche visto i delfini dalla barca per Rovigno.

Buffet della colazione e della cena vario, ma qualità sufficiente, in linea con il prezzo richiesto (15€ a persona al giorno circa).

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a sziget mesébe illő. A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges volt, a személyzet segítőkész. A közlekedés egyszerű és kiszámítható.

A takarítás néha hagyott egy kis kivetnivalót maga után, de alapvetően tisztaság volt. Nem számítottunk rà, hogy nagycsaládosok kedvenc pihenő helye…gyerekektől zengett az egész emelet, de ez nem a hotel hibája.

War ein traum Urlaub - alles spitze- weiter so 👍

Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen auf zwei Inseln so dass für jeden möglich ist sein eigenes Lieblings platz- ganz privat zu finden. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend wie auch Direktorin Frau Starcic die auf jeden Wunsch ihre Gästen mit Größe Hingabe und sehr bemüht eingegangen ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Im großen und ganzen war es wunderschön und hat sehr gut gepasst.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß Vorallem wenn man bedenkt das wir nur zu zweit gereist sind. Das Personal war großteils sehr Freundlich. Essen war sehr gut und auch eine total große auswahl.

Die anreise war nicht so toll Vorallem wenn man bedenkt dieses eigene shuttle fährt einfach los ohne irgendeinen Indikator dafür und wenn man nicht schon im Auto sitzt und dann noch das letzte Fahrzeug ist verliert man dieses sehr schnell und muss dann warten biss es wieder fährt. Und das Personal bei der Anreise im Hotel selber war sehr unmotiviert und hat nicht einmal gelächelt. Ich arbeite selber in der Gastro und da kann mein Tag noch so schlecht sein sowie ein Gast kommt setze ich ein Freundliches lächeln auf.

Ich war schon sehr oft im Hotel. Die neu renovierten Zimmer haben mich sehr positiv überrascht. Auch das Service an der Rezeption war perfekt. Wir konnten problemlos einen Tag zum selben Preis verlängern. Die Lage und der pünktliche Shuttle mit dem Schiff nach Rovinj sind ein Hauptgrund, weshalb ich sehr gerne in ihr Hotel komme. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet ist bis auf den Kaffe ok. Diesen kaufe ich mir anschließend auf der Hotelterrasse.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei den Getränken - speziell auf der Hotelterrasse finde ich nicht ok. Beispiele: Fast € 8,00 für ein Bier!!! Dazu kommt die Bedienung, die nicht motiviert und schon gar nicht kundenorientiert ist. Überall in Rovinj kann man Spritzer (Weißwein gemischt mit Soda) bekommen. In ihrem Hotel nicht. Man muss Wein und Mineralwasser extra bestellen, es gibt nicht mal Soda, auch nicht an der Strand- oder Poolbar. Trotzdem haben wir, obwohl wir die Abende in der Stadt verbracht haben wir in den paar Tagen für mehr als € 200 keine konsumiert. An der Stranbar war das Personal super und freundlich. An der Poolbar und auf der Terrasse bestenfalls nicht unwillig.

Tiszta és minden igény kielégítő... a környezet igazán csendes és szép. A közlekedés profin megoldott a sziget és a part között. Magasan megüti a 4* szálloda szintet, meglátszik nemrégen lett felújítva. A spa részleg igen megfelelő, bár ott tartózkodásunk során a vendégek érthetően a kinti medence környékét és a partot részesítették előnyben. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Zimmer neu renoviert, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Transfers zwischen Parkplatz/Hafen/Hotel funktionieren sensationell gut, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen schmeckt sehr gut, Getränke beim Abendessen sind kostenlos, Poolanlage und Strände sind sauber und schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Getränke an der Hotelbar sind ziemlich teuer (Cocktail Eur 11,00; Coca Cola 0,25 lt. Eur 4,60), die Restaurantterrasse war nicht geöffnet obwohl Ende Mai und schönes warmes Wetter war. Eine Einzelperson muss bei einem eigenen Zimmer den vollen Preis wie zwei Personen zahlen, da hätte man zumindest aufgrund des einmal nicht konsumierten Frühstück/Abendessen etwas Rabatt geben können.

Все было великолепно! Завтрак и, особенно, ужин - высшая похвала!!! Здесь нужно провести неделю. А мы каждый день. Куда то ездили. Не знаю зачем. Целых два острова в вашем распоряжении. Я купался один со всего отеля! Море прекрасное и есть что посмотреть под водой (снорклинг). Мы сюда обязательно вернемся

Нужно больше информации куда приезжать. Я не понял где парковка гостевая. Как ходят кораблики. Какое расписание. Все это нужно знать заранее. Без этого сложно, так как отель на острове

Izvanredan boravak uz vrhunsku uslugu, ljubazno osoblje i izvrsnu hranu

U ovom hotelu sam bila već nekoliko puta i svaki put dočekaju nas ljubaznost, toplina i izvanredna usluga. Cijelo osoblje zaista zaslužuje pohvalu – od gospođe Nade koja nas je srdačno primila u luci dok smo čekali brod, preko uvijek nasmijanog osoblja zaduženog za održavanje, do gospodina koji nam je odmah priskočio u pomoć s prtljagom, izuzetno susretljivih djelatnika na recepciji te gospođe u wellness centru. Posebna pohvala i osoblju u kuhinji koji oduševe ukusnom, svježom i raznolikom hranom. Sobe su, kao i uvijek, čiste i udobne. Svakako ćemo se ponovno vratiti, a hotel već s velikim zadovoljstvom preporučujemo prijateljima i kolegama.

Erholsam, sauber, ruhig

Sehr ruhig, wirklich erholsam. Mit dem Boot von Festland zu kommen entschleunigt schon. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind neu (Möbel, Bad). Toller Blick vom Balkon auf Pool und Meer. Essen gut (kein Sterne Essen) - der Fisch und die Pizza waren immer toll, es gibt für jeden etwas. Spaziergänge auf den beiden Inseln sind toll angelegt, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten auch ins Meer zu gehen. Die Verbindung zur Nachbarinsel ergibt einen schönen Strand (Strandschuhe nicht vergessen!). Die Bar dort und auch in Hotel haben vernünftige Preise (was Cappuccino und Kuchen betrifft). Zimmerservice und Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellten top. Es ist schön die Vögel zu hören und die Eidechsen zu beobachten, wenn man auf der Insel unterwegs ist. Tipp: Balkontür nachts nicht zu weit offen lassen. Manchmal kommt eine neugierige Möwe vorbei 😊

Der Speisesaal ist etwas laut. Hängt wahrscheinlich manchmal auch mit dem Publikum zusammen. Ambiente des Speisesaals kann leider mit dem Tipniveau in anderen Bereichen nicht ganz mithalten .
