Incredible location, unbeatable. Absolutely waterfront , above a restaurant in the main marina . So so clean Incredible staff So quiet considering the location .

3 flights of steep very narrow stairs. To those away with heavy luggage it is very challenging to say the least . The house is full to the brim with furniture so there isn’t any room to open suitcases in bedrooms .

There a bit of noise from The late night parties - but the windows are double panned so it blocks out most noises .

A beautiful, cozy apartment in a perfect location!

The location is great, right off the main marina/path. The apartment itself spans over three levels and each room has its own AC unit. It's super clean, cozy, and comfy. We greatly appreciated having a washing machine and everything stocked in the apartment. Even the outside noise wasn't a problem for sleeping!

The showers were really bad. You literally needed to run the faucet in the sink to maintain enough flow for the hot water boiler to keep running. And one of the windows didn't have those wooden blinds, so the apartment couldn't get fully dark for sleeping.

Very nice apartment. Modern, great location, and great AC.

The location is amazing. However we didnt sleep as the mega yachts parked outside the window had parties every night, singing, screaming from 2-6AM. We recommend the owner put in triple pane windows to cancel the noise. Windows are paper thin and the noise makes it impossible to get a decent sleep. It could have been just a couple yachts and I suspect they have moved on and other guests may not have this experience.

Exceptional

It was like staying in a holiday resort but full of home feel. We can find possibly everything one could ever need in a daily living. So perfectly furnished and so much love Rosanna the owner has put into our stay. We love it and we ended up cooked most days.. Would definitely recommend this to any family who want to enjoy the islands day in day out but also a wonderful stay day out day in. Location is superb.. just 1min walk from the Ferry port.

Very nice welcome from Rosana with a welcome package. Very charming apartment with a lovely decoration and space. Very comfortable with high attention on details. One feels like home. Fantastic location, close to everything in Hvar old town. It has been the best place we were during our vacations in Croatia!

Amazing apartment in the best location in Hvar

We had the most amazing time in this apartment. Rosana was the perfect host, wonderful with communication and recommendations and extremely welcoming. This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 as very spacious and loved having 2 bathrooms. The location was unbeatable- right in the action so close to boat tours and car hire. There was gorgeous swimming just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Loved watching all the mega yachts from our windows but even with all the excitement outside, it was a very quiet apartment. Rosana has thought of everything you could possibly need, including a welcome pack. This was seriously one of the best places we have ever stayed. Thank you Rosana - we hope to be back soon.
