Lovely stay in the heart of Hvar.

Super location in downtown just above a cafeteria. Very good kitchen and cosy terrace on the roof.

For a group of six adults there were some lack of privacy as the two separate beds by the upstairs ”balcony” were not in a separate room but actually shared the same space with the master bedroom.

Beautiful old stone house in a perfect location right in town. The house was ideal for our family of 5 with young children capable of climbing up to the attic bedroom. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and rooftop terrace. The restaurant across the street Junior was an added bonus, along with a patisserie downstairs. The house was quiet and peaceful for sleeping in or laying in bed with a coffee. Ivan our host was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Loved it - delightful property in fantastic location and great host

Beautiful house with old and new combined & in very good condition. Great interiors and fabulous roof terrace with a view over the rooftops to the sea. We loved the location, on the cobbled streets behind the port, which was within very easy walking distance of all Hvar has to offer.

Excellent if timing suits your arrival and departure.

Immaculate presentation and excellent location.

Consider check in and out times when booking this place. Due to the host’s fastidious cleaning regime, you are not able to check in until 5pm and must be out by 10am. You can leave luggage but as one of our group was unwell, this was a major inconvenience to us and we had to spend hours waiting in a bar. I would rather have the option to pay extra for cleaning support as the host repeatedly told us it takes 6 hours to clean in between guests.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay here. Severo did an incredible job renovating the space with a lot of detail and beautiful touches. It’s a gorgeous apartment just minutes walking from all of the major restaurants and sites. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful traditional villa with a modern twist

This villa was a great little find! Serveo has decorated it beautifully. Great facilities and comfortable beds and a terrace which is a great little sun trap! But the best part was the location, tucked away on one of the cobbled streets off the port. Less than a minute walk from getting off the ferry and perfect location for restaurants/bars/shops, nothing was more than a 3/4 minute walk. The building is centuries old but Serevo has added a modern touch to the inside. Great kitchen which we used for breakfast, storage and hangers to unpack in the bedrooms, plus Aircon and WiFi. We would book again in a heart beat and being that central made a huge difference.

For the girls, there's only one mirror in the bathroom so if there's a few of you, pack a hand held for getting ready

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a 500 year old house but newly renovated, so beautiful! The rooftop terrace was fantastic. The owner has put a lot of love into the apartment and thought of everything, all from beach towels to a fully equipped kitchen. He showed us everything when we checked in and even walked us to a boat renting agency close by.

An amazing clean and well equipped apartment in THE BEST location.

The apartment is in an amazing location and equipped with everything needed for an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean. We have stayed at many properties in Hvar over many years and this is among the top.

Unfortunately because of historical building codes there was approval for only one bathroom. However, all of the benefits of this property easily outweigh the one bathroom issue even for my family of five staying there for three weeks.

For anyone who appreciates high standards of interior deco in a holiday home, this is one for you!

This property was beautiful . the standard of the interior decor was outstanding. The location was amazing, in the centre of the old town in the most adorable side street. Everything about this place was breathtaking, and the roof terrace was an added bonus. The personal touches provided by the host which included a bottle of red wine just served to make this even more of a pleasurable experience. We dined at the Mediterraneo which was literally a few strides away from the apartment and was truly spectacular, so atmospheric and the food and service spot on. This will definitely be on our list as a definite return in the future. Thank you so much Sevaro for a wonderful stay.

The perfect stay in the center of Hvar. We would definitely stay at Villa Latica again!

The location is excellent and in the very heart of Hvar. A one minute walk from nightlife, restaurants, beaches, ferry transfers and shops but still quiet at night so you can sleep. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need during your stay and has a private upstairs terrace. The home spans 3 floors and is beautifully renovated with a mix of traditional Dalmatian architecture and modern flair. The view from the main bedroom of the port is stunning and the home is nestled right above one of Hvar's most authentic Croatian restaurants, Junior. The location is also very safe and secure. All in all, truly a unique and welcoming stay.

We only wished there was an extra bathroom, as it was a bit snug for four girls or even if you were traveling with a larger family, but understandable for a home that has been renovated from the 15th century.
