Rinada - ZF Hvar

The location, two outdoor terraces were exceptional: breathtaking views, walking distance to town and the port.

Needs a better maintenance, outdated bathrooms, dishes, cutlery, knives are old and not very clean.

Amazing owner/property manager taking taking care of us, great location within 15 min walking distance to the port, fabulous sunset view, facilities have everything one needs. Additional ACs in the bedrooms would be great :)

Shower head has a very slight leak

I have very mixed feelings about this property. On the positive side, the agency managing it was excellent — cordial, professional, and responsive to any issues that came up. The view is fantastic, and we made great use of the outdoor space. The internet connection was reliable, and the single air conditioning unit was enough to cool most of the house, provided the doors were kept open. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, which strikes a nice balance: quiet enough for good sleep, yet close enough to walk everywhere.

We encountered numerous issues during our stay. The kitchen pipes had a significant leak that had clearly been ongoing for some time, evidenced by visible water damage. Fortunately, when we contacted the agency, they arranged for a plumber to come the following day. The gas stove was leaking gas, likely because it lacked the converter required when a stovetop designed for mains gas is connected to gas bottles instead. The laminate on the kitchen cabinet above the oven had melted, and the shower hose in the bathroom near the washing machine was spraying water everywhere. Every door in the apartment creaked loudly, turning a quick nighttime trip to the bathroom into a strategic operation to avoid waking the whole household. The bathroom doors were also peeling. Additionally, the fans needed a thorough cleaning before they could be used. If this had been a budget accommodation, these issues might be more understandable. But at over €550 a night, this level of disrepair is simply not acceptable.
